Sauce already asked him to do half and half. WCG said something along the lines of "no, not happening", WCG appears to be sticking NLHE as of now, but I could see him dabbling in PLO next year. Learning two games isnt that hard, its when you start to do NLHE,PLO+ all the other games. That is when your PLO/NL game might start to deteriorate.

oh great i am glad to know that picking up a new poker variant to play nosebleed stakes against the best players in the world isn't that hard.

Thats cool, only I didnt say anything about "picking up a new poker variant to play nosebleed stakes against the best players in the world"

And I certainly wouldn't expect WCG to do that.

Seeing as you didn't get it the last time someone replied to you, I'll make it a bit clearer.

You no get poker, no one care about what you expect because you obviously not know anything

clear enough this time?

Can I just say, as somewhat of an outside - someone who reads a lot but rarely posts this is exactly what I hate about 2+2, the guy made a very safe post about WCG looking to take up PLO (which seems very likely given his aptitude for poker and the lack of regular NL action he gets) and you steam into him with some douchey sarcastic comments.

Everything else I enjoy about 2+2 but this stops me posting and I know it's the same for loads of people, you don't even have to be nice, just don't be a d1ck (for no real reason)

I can empathize completely with your thought.
What you have to remember however is:

1.) Posters hate the same way Road Rage occurs: You're driving back from a
long & stressful workday when suddenly the car in front of you makes a move
that you don't completely agree with (whether it's a fat girl texting or a Breaking Bad
mullet) you turn into a courageous idiot who cuts in front of them just because...they are not face to face with you so you have that forcefield of shelter much like the internet..

2.) Hating is the reason a significant portion of posters come on this forum.....
or any forum for that matter...

WCG got durrrred.....CLASSIC!

Well I could have made the same (and correct) point that it is silly to assert that learning a new poker game" is not that hard" for anywhere close to the stakes and competition WCG plays in an entirely nonsarcastic, robotic way....but what is the fun in that? If any semblance of sarcasm turns you off the entire forums, well so be it.
