the biggest reflection of poor moderating on this site is that you haven't been banned yet

Is it really that big of a deal to be banned from 2+2? How many people would secretly lock themselves in the basement and cry? I say at least 2-5%.

If the subject makes you angry there are plenty of threads that may be more suitable for your time. I hear the Negreanu/Galfond love thread is a good one. I think you should just check out of this thread and read something like that. Your judgement seems to be pretty skewed by some anger and resentment.

sure PS is going to have pay a big fine but, there is so much money for them to make if they were regulated here, why in god's name would they not want to get set up in the U.S. as fast as possible once a bill is passed?

I'm fully prepared to burn my "one time" if it's confirmed that this is actually attached to the tax cut. I'm digging through a shoebox from under my bed to find it as we speak.

Don't forget Washington State, I'm pretty sure it's the only state where online gambling is definitively illegal under state law.

Partypoker was great back in the day. I have no issues with it being first. Hell, I just want to play poker without any hassle or uncertainty.

PP was a terribly run company.

but they turned out to be the smartest... if they get first dibs on the regulated U.S. soil which is likely, then they could have more than 250k players on at any given time like stars does

So is there no chance that the NV governor was just denying it to keep it on the hush?

Right now Stars is clearly the smartest. They have five years of profits from the US market and the dominate position internationally. Meanwhile, PP paid a massive fine voluntarily and has nothing to show for it.

I think Reid has proven to be a scumbag, poker world shouldn't accept his legislation.

If that were the rule, we would have to oppose 99.9% of legislation.

You are correct, because the level of corruption in congress is nearing a similar percentage.

I think opposing everyone in there now is a good start. Vote them all out.

It's sick, the amount of lose-lose situations abounding. Harry Reid is not the poker community's friend, this I know.
