I am waiting until Monday because I am trying to arrange bond etc. They are throwing harsh charges and very high bond. Plus I may not be going anywhere for a while. Getting some affairs in order. I'm sorry that it is confusing and frustrating. That is simply all I can say for now. Don't make accusations of who you think it was intended for as you will all be wrong. My reason for even posting was simply to let everyone know that this will end Monday as far as the criminal aspect. As far as refunds and such I would think Borgata will do the right thing. Maybe this is just me, but if I were at the poker table and an opponent was trying to sell a hand to me with a yarn like this, I would be highly suspicious of a bluff. I believe this poster simply because I don't believe anyone who was not involved would be brazen enough to post a false confession. I appreciate you coming forward with some information. I'm sure you know how closely the entire poker community is watching this story unfold and if you are(were) a serious poker player you probably understand how eager we all are to hear what actually happened.

I may sound dumb, but he seems like he may be the legit ringleader . The reason I say this is... he is really just trying to plead guilty to a lesser charge on 2+2 because he has had a week to work on his story and he knows the NJDGE will read this whole thread. He may be a well known person with good reputation.

So the flushing was his real immediate action...locked himself in his hotel room with fear that the heat was on and he was caught and if he unlatched the lock , they were waiting outside his room or as soon as he hit the lobby. One of the first rumors we all heard was the counterfeit chips flushed down the toilet at Harrahs, clogging up the hotel pipes. I'm pretty sure this was a true event, although not confirmed by anyone official yet.

So now he's had a week to concoct a "oh i had 7 million in replica borgata chips in my room we were playing poker with in the room and some of my friends stole them from me and must have used them without me knowing "..."i made fake replicas for my own personal use yes, but they were stolen from me and i did not introduce them into BWOe1 but my friends might have"...

This is why he came on here to take the shock value out of his excuse/alibi when it really does hit the news when he turns himself in, possibly Monday. He will take all the heat, while still claiming responsibility AND innocence/stupidity all at the same time.
