If this is true my guess is it's not that the GBT deal was going bad, but that Pokerstars felt it was going good, and posed a big threat so they outbid them.

If this is true, I feel like iv'e been leveled by tapie and pokerstars. They owned my soul. Tapie is known for rebuilding business's. If this wasn't intended from the beginning he could of rebuilt and stars could of came in and purchased.

Whether this report is true or not has nothing to do with poker in the US. Stars isn't currently operating in the US, so why should them buying FTP change anything in that regard?
