I did spell flea incorrectly as "flee", which for me is as upsetting as bubbling a big comp.

Well we all know that you are not going to do this because the games are better on Pokerstars than they are on other platforms.
That is not true. There are other platforms that have, I would say, softer games, than PS. For me in the past, the quality of support, was deciding for playing at PS. Since support at PS also deteriorated with Amaya, I am transitioning my table time to other sites.

Pretty funny that this strike will work out for Amaya. They'll get three days where fish pass money back and forth and then the regs can take it after it's already raked a bunch. Solid plan.

Good, so you are "voting with your feet", which makes sense.

I know there are softer games, but perhaps not the same around the clock or variety and volume of games.

And I didn't catch it, so that's why I wrote.
But ok, enough with the flood. Just wanted to make you know that I admire your style, is all.

Yes Exactly, which is why Amaya are increasing taxes on long term winning players in what is a perfectly legal form of constructive dismissal.

Constructive dismissal in the work place most commonly takes place when the employee has become either a liability or is not needed in the organisation any more as their impact on it is neutral and no longer a positive one.

Can you tell me what exactly this means?
What are your Goals regarding the changes?

Hi, maybe I can answer, since I did this translation for the Russian community.
The thing is very simple - by means of this strike we want to make PokerStars cancel these changes at all or at least reach some compromise with the players.
If TS would like to add something, I don't mind.

The way a normal strike work is to have clear aims and a vision that you want stars to do:
1. We have to accept that there not going to do a 100% uturn on the issue and that there will be some form of VIP reductions.

Therefore the aims imo should be:
- A Slightly higher Supernova elite level @ 40% - 50% or a higher capped Supernova rakeback at around 35%.
- For all games to get VPP's, the higher stakes have to get VPP's if there not going to die off completely on Stars.

+maybe show us their plans about how the extra rake (via reduced rakeback) taken from high VIP level players is going to be redistributed to the hobby players to improve the long-term viability of the poker ecosystem, as it was written in their announcement.

Naturally we want higher rakeback for supernovas (not cutting SA MUCH as 25% fpp value), keep the highstakes games w rakeback (this is the most vital one, as it will affect everyone down to the lowest games, to avoid heavy trickle-down effect), and keep at least one year of promised SNE value (if u do get rid of SNE do it honorably in 2017 altogether w/o touching 2016). If u ask me, also stop only caring about roulette type spins as ur only direction ur taking, but thats probably asking too much.
The less restrictions u make the better.
Or ideally just postpone all the changes untill 2017, and consider reviewing some bigger changes (like highstakes removal etc)
