BTW, you wouldn't happen to be British or Australian, or maybe Canadian? I know that not using the American "randomizer" is not a mistake.

Ok, back from a smoke and truly last post before I go to bed...

You people are hilarious.

First, I am an American, born and raised in Baltimore, pronounced "Balmer" by those of us from there.

Secondly, I don't live in Australia... if you knew the reason I mentioned Australia, I'd have placed you in the "more intelligent than 70% of Americans". But since you didn't get it, I won't.

@Spade: for a "pro" you have yet to offer anything to help sway my opinion one way or another. After reading numerous posts by you on this subject I'd have expected more.. though I guess when presented with real world scenarios and logic, it's not out of the ordinary for you to resort to the baseless sarcasm that everyone else uses to defend your position...

Ok seriously this time.. good night. Flame all ya want from here on out...

You haven't responded to my posts yet. As I said, it really doesn't matter what the theory is, it matters what the output is. Do an analysis, that is great. But you need a decent sample in order to draw any valid conclusions.

Generally the sarcasm isn't directed at any "real-world scenarios and logic". Usually it's more directed at fantasy and illogic.

I'm pretty sure I haven't insulted you at all, yet you are turning to insults in the common pattern we've seen so much of. Try not to fall into that. I may have poked fun at the million-man-randomizer, but if that is what you think of as an insult, you'll never survive a forum debate on any topic.

You guys should just sit back let this new gimmick talk to and get support by that Real Deal fake riggie, as that chat would be amusing to watch (much like when two mega donks talk strategy at a poker table). Still not sure why you guys waste the time with such obvious fake gimmicks. Insult them (or if you are a nicer "shill - be nice to them) a few times and move on

If he is somehow real (and indeed genuine people do exist with his mental prowess) then have a bit of pity on him and leave him be.

Either case, ignoring seems best.

He is not going to be able to even notice your posts in between the volumes of garbage and shilling in this thread.

You have always been reasonable with your approach, sad that it is lost here.

You already done analyzing your hands like you said you were going to do? Since you claimed you were done with this thread until then, could you please share your results?

Maybe you should just get the info together on a web page and when you come here, just link your notes and results of your hand history analysis here from your posting. Don't show these guys a small sample or they will pin a rigtard tail on your forehead though...

Monteroy, you seem to have burnt out on this thread, which I can understand. You may need a break from it. You know me, I'm not too fond of the insults (well, Snake deserved them, racist ****) but I'm finding that they are coming out really early now, which is resulting in the new riggies going pretty quick to insults themselves. I still enjoy conversing with them, as do others. I don't know what just insulting them and ignoring them will really achieve. Seems lose lose. Being civil and asking probing questions will at least have a positive impact on the lurkers.

Frankly, the insults are getting pretty boring and can't really be too entertaining for you guys now, can it?

I have stopped working on that temporarily, although, I am approaching a 150k in hands so I have those ready to load into HM. I am spending more time on my game. It seems to be improving my results live, but not online.

I said that I was going to take a break from this thread to focus on my game. I am back. This thread is too much fun to stay away. I haven't laughed so hard since I left.

I wish you guys didn't lock Snake out, if he really is going to collect some clean hand history samples, it would have been nice to see what those were.

Also, sitting back and reading this thread and some of the other threads, it is clear that there are some online site representatives trolling. It becomes more obvious when you look at this thread from a little further back. I am learning a lot about people by doing less interacting and more reading. Very very curious...

Fair point.

Of course, a lot of the 'new' riggies are nothing of the kind. They are just the same old 'tard's with new gimmick accounts.

I suppose we should give each new account the benefit of the doubt, though.

I never spoke to that new gimmick actually, and indeed it is getting considerably dull.

I do admire your approach, but I think it will just burn you out as well given the current crop of fake riggies mixed in with old time like tk who has his own weird agenda and secrets.

I am finding particularly the time Josem spends with the self proclaimed fake riggies quite frustrating to watch as that strikes me as a guy with valuable time wasting it on people with no value to their time who are using their time to waste people who's time is valuable.

I did like when a bunch of "shills" tried to create a rigged system that would work (and many of the ideas were far better than the standard riggie fare), but that got lost in the shuffle pretty fast. Shame, that would have been a fun discussion to work on.

Guess we will see how you fare for a while with these guys

Good luck (rare genuine use of that)

I just want to reiterate, this thread is beyond good entertainment. Listening to some of you, monteroy, arouet , spade , sw. medusa , josem , come to mind , but there are certainly countless others , make me glad I play poker. Truthfully , I don't always agree with your stance on online poker , but as I have previously stated , the onus is on someone to prove it isn't legit . But all of you show great patience , and decency , and I truly admire that. After all , it's just a poker forum , not life . On an unrelated note , if Canada doesn't beat russia tonight, hockey is def. rigged .. Go Canada !

I obv enjoy discussing the issues, and participating in the discussion last night while watching Law and Order and packing my house into boxes. I guess it is a little bit of a waste of time arguing with them as individuals, but I suspect there's a chunk of people who read this stuff, and I don't think there's any harm in challenging some of the nutty stuff that these people spout.

One thing I want to do in coming months is to collate many of my own posts here and combine them into a blog as an archive of comprehensive explanations of why online poker is legit. I've started a little on that which anyone can read by typing my full name (Michael Josem) into google, and would welcome any feedback.
