Requested check on the 11th, approved the same day. Mail has come today, no check. I live in Indianapolis. I sent them an email earlier requesting the date that the processor mailed my check, so hopefully they can get some more info. I have a feeling that given the (lack of) customer support, that they are just "waiting to see" if their processor is actually mailing out the checks. I'm hoping that the email will actually get them to look into whether their processor is actually doing anything or not.

I emailed them 6 ****ing days ago and haven't heard back yet. and just like you johnep, when they do respond it's some bs form letter that never addresses my specific, well-thought-out questions, thereby pissing me off more.

well i suppose that they do post 15 business days, and they say business days are mon-fri
so the 11th would be the first of august
which is annoyingly long and makes very very little sense since usps from my home to your home back to my home ad back again doesnt take that dam long
and by your home i mean ne home in the god damn USA i guess we will wait and see what the hell else can we do
i wish i held onto the money for three more days and did cash pickup or even a check since those checks are ****ing coming

Who did you e-mail at FT? I e-mailed support and cashier about 5 days ago, and have not heard a thing...

11th appv:not not in todays mail
Guys sorry to say,but it looks like we are not getting these checks,please do continue to write support about 10-11th(12th?) checks,because the only way they will look into it is if enough people tell them there is an issue
I did get this email today,this email makes me think we are not getting the checks,I mean it looks like they made a form email just for this situation

7 days after emailing them about my bounced check, FTP finally responded.

They want proof it bounced (pretty bad if that they don't have this information themselves, even worse if they do and still think I should have to prove it), so I've scanned them the bounced check info and emailed it to them. We'll see how long it takes them to credit my money.

They made no mention of a bonus or compensation for the aggravation.

man this is getting really scary again ... i assume that within a few days, maybe a week, we will all get refunded from the damn checks on the tenth and 11th
which for some of us will be a cash out of this money for the third or fourth time

Check processed June 19th. Still not received 24 business days. Live in Maryland. Emailed Fulltilt 3 times. No response other than confirmation of receiving my email going on 4 days.

Wow...you seem like an extreme case.24 business days? I'm waiting from 7/10 and am pretty pissed already...good luck to you, and all of us for that matter..lol

Man this thread scares **** out of me...


In June I requested 4 checks two got returned to my Tilt account after a month, but the other two showed up about a week ago.


I need to withdrawl but I dont feel like going through this again...I wish I knew for sure Tilt had their "problem" fixed

this is really starting to suck..approved the 10th and still nothing sent out 3 emails in a 4 day timespan and havnt had one reply...just horrible...i really hope they resolve this as soon as possible

no one seems to be getting the checks from this date
i am not getting any real answers
i do NOT want to hear that 15 business day mumbo jumbo
i want check number and send out date with in 24 hours of this email reaching you.
I have been very patient and loyal to your site, but when i see people getting checks from 5 days after mine was approved and you all running me around not telling me a thing about my check I am getting annoyed heavily and losing patience QUICK
please send me the check number and send out date as you have done in the past

The bad processor had issues. This sounds like the bad processor is sending the 7/10-7/11 checks. Is full tilt still doing business with them?

I wish someone could just come on here from Full Tilt and let us know what is going on with these checks from around 7/10 or at least send an email...Usps does not take 15 business days to mail me a check that was cut in the same state as the email says..lol, FTP, cut the BS and give me my check ( one that won't bounce)!

Thank you for posting this email knat.I got a similar email that was worded so that I thought they were using the same processor as well.This processor has ALWAYS been a problem.
Mr commonsence,care to speculate on this?I am writing them now to see if I can have my checks sent via the "good" processor,you all know witch one,the one that doesnt bounce,and the one that is never late.

If i were you guys from July 10th or 11th, I would suggest you cancel your checks and use their new cash product. They can always put stop payments on those checks and I am unsure why they would not do that.

I honestly do not have a good guess about why people are having problems with checks issued on those two July dates because it is well past when the bad processor crashed. I wonder if everybody who is having this issue is also somebody with a bounced check or a suspected bounced check? NOFX did you have a check bounce on you? I am unsure why that would matter here but I am just curious if that is the case. Perhaps it is part of the reason for the delays.

i wrote an email asking ftp whats the options for me in canceling this check or if it is time efficient
heres my email and i will update when i get an answer


I understand your stance on this check, i have a simple question, if it has yet to be sent out would it be quicker to cancel this check and do a cash pickup?
i have had a successful cash pickup, and being from Massachusetts, I have no issues with it
I want my money sooner then later, so if it is quicker then waiting then i will cancel this check and do a cash pickup... if that s the case i expect that you can credit my money to my account almost immediatly and i will then do a withdrawal thru cash pickup
let me know my options and such ASAP

THIS IS THE REPLY I RECEIVED WHEN I FORWARDED THEM THE EMAIL THAT I LAST POSTED TWO DAYS AGO. I DO NOT NEED THE MONEY FOR LIVING EXPENSES. I REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL WHEN MY ACCOUNT REACHES A CERTAIN LEVEL.

I KNOW THAT I AM DEALING WITH AN ILLEGAL OFFSHORE GAMBLING SITE, BUT HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEM WITH THEM UNTIL LAST MONTH.

I KNOW THAT FTP IS NOT A BANK INSURED BY THE FDIC. I ALSO KNOW THAT THE POST OFFICE DOES NOT TAKE 15 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER A PIECE OF MAIL.

I'd be extremely surprised if they're still using the bad processor. Nobody here has received a check from the bad processor this week, have they? They're probably not doing a good enough job of modifying their form e-mails when they reply to you guys. The e-mails imply they could be using them but I highly doubt it. I think we're definitely jumping to conclusions.

Also I don't think the problems are only affecting the July 10-11 checks. I requested one on the 14th approved on the 15th and am still waiting despite others in my area having received checks days ago. Obviously this is frustrating, but it'll get worked out. As I've said before, if you don't have the patience for this type of crap, I'd strongly suggest stopping your play on the site instead of continuing to play but constantly crying. Because let's face it, this isn't the first (and won't be the last) cashout delay we're going to see. Obviously FTP doesn't have their problems with the payment processors fully worked out yet.

And cat, calm the **** down. There are dozens of frustrated players on this thread. Most of us civilized people choose not to clutter it up with screaming all caps rants about the sky falling. You'll get your money. The way your posts come off it's as if you're relying on funds from an offshore poker site to keep up with your mortgage payments. You've already said that's not the case, so why don't you just wait in line like the rest of us. As previously discussed, some people haven't even gotten reimbursed for their bounced checks. As far as I'm concerned their problem should be taken care of before anybody else's.
