Be warned that Bovada is not paying out their blackjack freeroll if they don't feel like it. I opted in then they subsequently freerolled $105 worth of action and are now denying that I opted in.

Like I would ever play 21 hands of blackjack. I have had an account there for 5 years and been a loyal customer and they are screwing me over a freeroll. I could careless about the freeroll, it just is a terrible business practice that I hope other players don't get sucked into being freerolled too.

Merge and ACR are better options and even though I like bovadas mtts I have no choice but to refuse them my business.

Yeah Bovada is notorious for bad customer service. I received a reload bonus once a few months ago and was told it would apply to my account automatically. After I deposited it never applied to my account, so I called them up. Well they kept telling me the offer expired over and over again. I told them I had the email and had to send it to them. Well it took so many back and forth emails and phone calls till they finally gave me my reload bonus.

Yesterday while I was on with Poker Support, I asked when to expect the ticket to the Vegas Package Blackjack Tournament since I had completed the requirements. He wasn't aware of the promotion so I provided him with the url. He misread it that I needed to be delt 21 blackjacks. I disagreed and after being on hold he came back and agreed I was qualified. He pointed out the promotion said to expect the ticket on 4/16. Well I got the ticket today.

Here's the requirements as I see them...
1) Account needs to accept promotions by email
2) Opt in through the Enter button at the promotion page
3) Through the poker software, play 21 hands of blackjack with a starting bet of $5

Then wait for your ticket to appear in your account or by email per the dates listed under Terms and Conditions page.

Is there any way to turn the satellite coupons to cash? Say for instance I win 2 tourny coupons for the $500 each, but only want to play in 1 satelite for the main event. Can I turn the other into $500 cash?

Anyone have the bodog client go weird on them? I am playing 4 tables, I always have the HH thing open in the client. After 30 mins of gameplay, my client goes weird and I can no longer check the lobby, reload on my tables or see HHs anymore.

If I close the client, it wont restart without me rebooting the computer.

This has happened two days in a row now and as much as I love booking 30 min sessions, Id rather play a little longer if possible.

Is it true that Bodog.eu doesn't do payouts via Skrill anymore?

Support is trying to tell me that cheque is the only option... (I deposited via skrill)

Just two quick things:

On Thursday morning, around 4am et, the network will have some downtime to do some back-end updating. The update is currently scheduled to last approximately 4 hours. Tournaments that may run in to that time slot (late Wednesday and early Thursday tournaments) will be cancelled. Also, sit n go's will stop spawning a few hours before this downtime and messages will appear, warning people of the upcoming down time.

Also, since there has been an uptick lately in Bovada related issues.. I just wanted to, again, point out that this thread is for things that deal with the entire network. This includes client issues, suggestions for things you would like to see offered, and the network wide promotions. This doesn’t include cashouts, anything on the site outside of poker, or operator specific promotions (which include things like Bovada's current blackjack promotion. If you see me plugging a promo, it is network wide.. if not, then it is operator specific and doesn't fit in this thread).

If you have any questions about this, or anything else that I can help you with, please let me know. Also, if there are suggestions about the client or games or anything poker related.. please pass those along as well.

i can confirm that. I made a 1k cashout request last Saturday and it's been friggin 5 days and I haven't seen my money.

I spoke with an agent yesterday morning and was told that I rest assured the fund would appear in my skrill account. past 12am, money is still no where to be seen, spoke with another agent and was told that skrill is no longer available for the site!

seriously, WTF was that? Now I can't even do the reload bonus and I have to wait for days to get my money back. I'm wondering if my money is still safe there.

Please implement synchronized breaks for tournaments. Such a pain in the butt to play more than one tournament and never get a chance to step away from the computer without having to miss hands

I love this, it was one of the major reasons i loved paradise poker a few years ago. Having said that it appears bovadas having some problems or maintenance tonight as im unable to log in, and when i did get in no cash games were active.

players do care a LOT abuot deposit/withdrawl, so why doesn't the network authorize you to answer related issues?

I play husng. when it is the last hand and if a villain mucks and lose, I have no way to see it in hh because the tab close the table pops up.
