1. These first 2 ep have imo not been tight at all. Been many agro moves made.

2. Its really obv that sng format winner takes all is not a good format for tv isnt working out good, iam pretty sure iam not the only one who enjoys cash game on pad much more then winner takes all format.

3. Anyone complaining about this was taped 4 months ago should be insta banned for stupidity.

lolol chicken.

If you guys have like 200 posts, please dont talk poker strategy, it is tilting me.

There is zero ****ing chance Kaplan or Eli are outplaying nets. Eli straddle/called 6k with J6s OOP...

I think raptor is the only one outplaying people so far. I didnt like his raise with trip Q at the turn but what do I know.

So post count gives u or not the right to post about whatever. Thats fair & makes sense...

Yeah, because 95% of the posts by people with 100 posts are like "LOL THESE OLD TIMERS HAVE BEEN AROUND THE BLOKC GG INTERNET PLAYERS", when the internet guys have played more hands and probably made more $$.

I know. lol @ Gabe trying to stir some conversation, his days in stand-up are going to be needed. I thought raptor would be more chatty.

Green Plastic has that "grunt" stare when he is looking across the table to eli elzra. It looks like he is super pissed off or something.

David Benefield looks really different from his old days. He was a uber poker nerd and now he is a metrosexual poker stud.

I thought for sure that sentence would end with the word Kessler.

He asked the waitress for a virgin bloody mary. That's what it looked like.

Speaking of drinks, I think we now understand the Cardrunners preview clip that included TC offering Doyle a Red Bull. Wake up! Doyle is The Man - I just don't think I've seen him so groggy on one of these shows.

Raptor is earning a return trip, regardless of the outcome.

Episode #2 was better than #1, but the vets still OWN the Nets...i hope this changes soon....

By the way, Benefiled sounds the most social of the Nets, and the other two are just way too awkward...and it goes without saying that the vets are much more talkative than the Nets...they should have picked a different set of Nets, IMHO...a pre-requisite of being invited to a TV show should be that you must have better than average social skills...

I guess it shows how much your mileage may vary - I thought all 3 showed enough social skills to make it a non-issue. I'd watch Team Cardrunners rather than Dee Tiller, Howard Lederer, the "brilliant mind" crew, Jennifer Tilly, Phil Hellmuth, etc. any day.

Caby and South are very good online poker players but there is very little about them that makes them interesting to watch on television. Benefield has very little personality but at least he mixes up his play more and is interesting to watch from that standpoint. The Vets seem like they don't really want to be there, and any social interaction between the two groups seems forced and akward. Not sure what was up with Benefield's "nets vs nits comment." If it was meant to be sarcastic and funny it failed miserably and the lack of reaction from the vets was extremely uncomfortable. If he was serious then I have no idea what he's smoking because calling Elezra a nit is like calling a Cadillac a Pinto -- there is no resemblance.

I think this is the second week in a row where they have cast people who are undoubtedly very good poker players, but not particularly entertaining. I'm also wondering if a 9 person format wouldn't be better as it would encourage more limping and multi-way pots. Elezra seems tight in this format compared to his apperances on HSP. If they had thrown a Jamie Gold, Sam Farha, Mike Baxter, etc etc in there along with a couple more nets I think it would have made for some more interesting scenarios.
