About 5 hands in. Raised pot 3 way. Eli bet/3 bets middle pair without history!

I don't know what maniacs we have on 2+2 to think this game is tight. They have been pretty card dead but hopefully this will change tomorrow.

I dont know if this will change but Cardrunners definitely missed a trick if they didnt publicise their website more. Ive only heard Cardrunners mentioned once when Taylor was introduced as its founder.

Good points. They seemed unusually card dead (both pre and post flop) unless there were hands left on the cutting room floor. I was expecting more "Team Cardrunner" promotion.

I thought the Nets were fine - I don't know what people are expecting. I'd rather watch these guys than last week's crew or Dee Tiller, e.g.

It did make me appreciate Tom Dwan more - he made for good television by carrying his aggressive play over to PAD.

This has been without doubt one of the most boring PADs yet. The "playing your part" mentality installed by the producers is ruining the show.

David seemed most comfortable handling chips and w/the whole live poker dynamic than Taylor and Cole (which isn't to say they were uncomfortable). I enjoyed his ghey bet into Eli after 3b'ing preflop w/AK. His river insta-bet on the 44 hand was also pretty neat.

The nervous table banter is meh but I think it will get better. Raptor looks the most uncomfortable the way he's always moving his chips around like he's OCD. But he is in the center of the action/not used to tv/around people he doesn't know/I'm sure I'd be way worse so it's all good. I really wanted him to 2barrel Eli with the 44 with Eli TELLING him he doesn't have a good hand but he has to call... but of course I can see his cards so there may be a bias but rivering a set was cool too.

Eli is just lol. How does a guy like that have a WSOP bracelet and a WPT title? Further proof that all you have to do to win donkaments is throw chips in the pot and you will win eventually.

Cole's poker face is amazing. He makes it seem like there isn't much going on in his head and he doesn't know what he's doing. But we all know he's worlds ahead of that. He acts and is just like, "yaaa I raised, now what are you gonna do?" without fear and whatnot. He seems the most comfortable of the nets and has some cool things to say.

Thumbs up!
You obviously have never seen his incessant mouse clicking. Chip playing is simply the live version of it.

QFT. And he knows what it takes to get invited back - he's willing to make some plays rather than nit it up. Sometimes it gets him into tough spots, but he helps make the game more interesting to watch. He also doesn't hurt the table talk.

If I remember correctly there's another PAD out there, filmed around mid October where Negreanu, durrr, Hansen and PA play a cash game.
Im sure Daniel mentioned that on his blog and said it had been a terrible session for him.Anyone knows about that? Has it aired yet?

LOL. What would Brian Boitano do?

Leave Raptor alone - he looked OK. The Net guys were fine.

Wow, never thought being compared to a male figure skater could be elicited as an insult.

Time to throw away the Johnny Weir t-shirt.

this is an awful week IMO. first off, they've already given away that it was taped during the world series. not sure we need a 4 month delay before its broadcast but ... and the 3 nets are just about unwatchable. there's no 'draw' with them.

yea i agree 100% id much rather watch clowns jumping up and down spouting tired truthisms and soulreading their opponents for trivial decisions.

I really liked it too, I don't think people are realizing all the subtle things are going on.

How close where you to moving in with the K10 when eli had 72 preflop? It looked like you really sensed something.

I'm guessing the table loosens later on in the week as the players get a feel for each others style.
