Yeah my second cash out I got the same email. 5 days. My first cashout was 1 day. Will update my second cashout and see how long it takes.

I requested my first cash out over 48 hours ago and I still haven't received the verification email for me to submit my proof of ID. Is that normal? I'm seeing several posts saying funds were received in a day.

that is not normal. They are slower on the weekends it seems tho. Also they have added a new payment processor and are forcing people to use it in place of PP. And they are prob receiving tons of angry emails....

I was also asked to verify. The words used in the email were "for your first cashout..."; i.e.: it was the same original form letter used when it really was my first cashout. Problem is, that was in April and I've successfully cashed out 6 or 7 times since then. One was just a couple of days ago.

SO...i put in a cash out request at 1am this morning..then get hit with the oh by the way we switched you and some other users to credit card transactions without asking anyone...basically...got that email 4 hours after i put in for my cashout...

its still f*cking pending and im not happy at all..
I emailed them at 10 am central and 1 30 central and still no response..
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT COOL WITH ME!

I'VE HAD MANY CASHOUTS WITH ZERO ISSUE..

GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER GLOBAL!

Maybe. The emails from customer service regarding PayPal withdrawals stated 5 days for approval and 24-48 hours for processing. So a total of 6-7 days. I never had one take over 24 hours.
