I tried cashing out for the first time today for an amount over $500. I have the same name as two other people in my family and am the 3rd. When I signed up I forgot to put the suffix III at the end and when I sent in my ID and document they said there was a discrepancy. They asked me to explain myself and I said the same thing with a bit more detail. Anyone had an issue similar to this? If so what ended up happening? Is there anything else I can do or someone I can speak to?

Put in cashout request 23 hours ago. Still pending and waiting for approval. Was usually faster than this, so I'm assuming this is due to the whole server/overlay fiasco from Sunday's tournament events.

Took 33 hours for them to approve my withdrawal. No money in my paypal yet, but it's only been 12 hours, so hoping it'll be here by tomorrow. Don't think I'll be playing much on this site given their lack of transparency with "play through" along with not honoring tournament overlays after claiming they would.

Story time fellas/gals

I deposited over 10K into global poker within the last 4 months.

First withdrawal, i withdrew 50, second withdrawal i did 2k.

Last night i was running bad and keep on depositing, probably like 2500 worth. I then played 2/4 cash and won about 4700.

I called it quits and cashed out 4k with 700 to play with.

This morning i lost the 700, so i deposited another 5, then another 3, then another 3.

I have about 300 left in my account that I was planning on using for later.

I get an email from global poker saying

Is this a new rule? So i have to wager another 300 in sweepstakes before i can cash out?

Yes, I had a similar issue before. I played thousands and thousands of hands after my last deposit, and they claimed I hadn't wagered the amount of my deposit (I had wagered many, many times it). Eventually, on my third request or so, they finally approved it.

Anyway.....my withdrawal finally hit my Paypal....50+ hours after my request. It's still fast when compared to poker sites overall, I guess, but was still much lengthier than previous successful cashouts.

Still no update.

I wonder if they confuse "wagered amount" and "raked amount"

Last couple cashouts have taken over 24 hours for approval and another 12ish to be paid out. It's slowing down for sure.

I note some of you have mentioned the cash out process slowing down. We had an unprecedented number or emails come through early last week. This has largely returned to normal now.

Can you explain why I would need to play the 300 I bought before I am able to cash out my 4k even though I requested the 4k prior to buying in. For 300 again?
