holy ****, garrett is blowing me away right now because he's seriously describing my exact personality. i fall into this trap over and over, i go ****ing HAM for 6-8 months, work out every day, eat perfect, play poker, study, repeat every day. then i just ****ing burn out. i just can't ****ing do it anymore and i end up ****ing up in poker and/or whatever else i'm doing.

i recently did this to myself again just recently, just coming out of depression.. it really is just one day you kind of get sick of being a complete piece of **** and start going back to the gym slowly and getting your diet back together.. hopefully one day i can keep a balance, it's really hard for me tho

This is kind of cringy but thanks for coming back to do pods and post vids Joey. I've always been stubbornly optimistic about the future of online poker and you and Doug not making vids was the first thing ever that made me feel like poker was dead so I'm really happy to see the new pods and excited for the one with Doug. I appreciate it a ton and please keep it up.

great pod , very funny at times, Doug was great for the first 45 minutes and clearly on point, until around the time when he said how waching a vlog is a wasted 10 minutes of your lfe and how no successfull players would ever watch hand breakdowns of 2/5 and that kinf=d of thing...like dude really, people have nothing to do they go on youtube they watch this ****, all kinds of people, winners losers, everyone...why would you make such a dumb generalisation it makes no sense. For a lot of peoole this is a form of entertainment when they are at gome doing nothing and chilling....its just Doug having to be above everyone else for a few seconds there, well more like from ~45min until the end pf the pod, but hey its cool, Doug you have some things you still need to work on before you can become the true supreme leader, like humility mostly.

Can you do this again for the Doug Polk podcast?

But anyway, thank you for doing these podcasts.

Ioved the Doug Polk podcast. Finally somebody notable who calls out all the BS from these "positivity" people that pretend life is great when they lose massively. Let's be real. If you lose $100K, you don't feel happy. Stfu Phil Hellmuth. If you run horribly on stream, you aren't still "all smiles" (STFU Jvibes).

Also, DP called you out on a bunch of stuff Joey. Hope you can learn from it.
