Thanks for the posts ITT octopus, you've taken the time out to put some thoughts into multiple posts so I will do the same.
Do you have any examples of this papito? I have a few ideas on why that might be if so. With some of the female guests I've had on, my relationship with them is sometimes a bit different outside of the podcast than some of my male guests. That might lead me to be more inclined to interrupt something they might be saying. I think my general approach to having conversation with women greatly differs from with men so it might actually be something I do way more often then I realize in and out of the podcast so I will have to pay more attention to that. In some of the instances you might be noticing, I could see something like that happening if the topic was focused on something that was a more advanced poker idea with a couple of the guests who aren't very big poker players. I might just talk over certain types of guests male/female sometimes without realizing it as well but I don't think it would be specific only to women.
I think this would be more of a consideration for me if I wasn't doing the podcasts mainly for fun. I really dislike having to worry about not staying on a subject too long that I might think is funny because some people out there listening might not. If i find something funny, I want to talk about it for 30 minutes sometimes, the people listening must suffer or turn it off or never listen again. I think I would rather not worry about it on the rare occasion it does happen and lose some people listening than knowingly worry about it or similar things to it to retain some people but enjoy it less myself doing it.
You REALLY need to consider some of the SNG guys out there for your podcasts. A lot of them have stronger results and more interesting lives than the vast majority of cash and MTT players.
We should be getting Jdawg on sooner than later and with the other 2 I would imagine we could see them on one day. I really do want to have a SNG guy on the podcast.
That is a very interesting read by you Frankie, I was one of the two of those but I've been on adderall for probably 80% of the podcasts so that isn't out of the ordinary. I did just get out of bed about 10 mins prior to starting the episode without much sleep so that is probably what you were noticing.
I did think Kristin was a really interesting person but I wanted to keep the conversation mainly focused on her poker business and general topics pertaining to poker. I didn't want the entire conversation to be focused on her in general which is why in the first part I didn't follow up with much of the things she said pertaining to getting crazy stories out of her. I wanted to set up a bit about who she was outside of her business for people listening but mainly focus more on the specifics of what she does.

I think this is probably the case because you have a decent idea who most of the guests are therefore you are more interested when they talk about those things. I know I get that way sometimes when somebody I know or respect is talking about something I will pay more attention to what they say and put more stock into it. But when someone I don't know anything about is talking about the same thing, I sometimes don't have a reason to put much value into it and I will get bored and find it uninteresting.

For a number of reasons I do not think this will happen
I reached out to Kara about a year ago to get her on but it was a no go, will try again
I am not sure I am ready to be a moderator in a heated debate but it sure would be entertaining. I would rather watch something like this happen instead of being in the middle of it

I think someone suggested this before and not sure if you responded, but anyway Raidalot (Talal Shakerchi) I believe would make for an amazing guest, I bet he would have a bunch of stories to tell and his opinions on online poker are always strong and he gets both sides, he'd be good to talk about from the rapeback stuff too.

And if you don't realize THIS is the GOAT podcast, but do some research before hand, there's not much about business,poker & life that Talal Shakerchi hasin't dabbled in.
Talal has some great posts on 2+2 & maybe has some idea where pokerstars are heading with all the talk, share price dropping etc.
