Basically the age caught me completly off guard. I expected 31, but got 38.
But what i was trying to accomplish was more of a "i know you are way older, and i really dont care cuz you look fine to me"

If i tell her i thought she was younger, given the age gap, it might be an issue since now im not dating a 31 but a 38 year old, which im not sure, but there have to be some major differences. What diferences? i dont know, never dated one or the other before to be able to tell. Maybe there are none.

It didnt even go thru my mind to tell her she looked younger......

Another funny thing that happened at dinner...

So we sat outside on the patio area and there was this table of older men. Three of them and given my age guessing skills which have been proven to be 100% accurate, they looked in their 40s. So GF gets up to go to the bathroom and all them turn around to check her out... I quickly glance at one of them and he stops stairing. The funny thing about this, its that those men could clearly date this girl and know how young i look, but guess whos waiting for her at the door.......
So when she got back we started walking and i waved good bye to them....

I guess ill have to start doing my hair....

oh and about the crazy eyes....mmm i guess, i like white women, i mean, im hispanic.... ldo... so the eyes dont bother me much, but i can see how it could get crazy.....

"Taught" HS math today. 2 calculus classes were way over my head, they were reviewing for an exam tomorrow tho so I didn't really have to teach. Just gave them the book with solutions in it and told them to have at it. Apparently their teacher doesn't know how to do calculus either, so I'm ok.

My algebra class was ridiculous tho....10th and 11th grade kids who couldn't do basic algebra. Like, solve for X basic algebra. Wtf? Explained it to them, gave them a step by step summary, gave examples...maybe 3 kids understood it after that. Not sure I can handle being a real teacher if there are a lot of classes like that...

Summary: Kids = way smarter than me; kids = idiots.

There are, I'm in school right now to be a physics teacher. Where do you teach at?

teach them pokers, math is easier to learn if you relate it to something practical

I'm a substitute teacher in Ohio, trying to decide if I want to go back for a degree in education (I graduated last year, moved to nyc for a job in special events, got laid off and moved back here to work for the ymca doing camps/sport leagues).

I've taught 1st/2nd/4th/5th/7th/HS (today) so far this year, and this was the first day where i actually had a bad class. Middle school has been my favorite so far, but I liked a couple of my HS classes today.

I'm not going back for another degree (not sure whether I should get a masters or another bachelors, tbh) until I have enough experience to be sure A)that I want to teach, B) what I want to teach, and C) what grade I want to teach. Suggestions? lulz.
