Are credit card deposits treated as a purchase or cash advance?

Verizon/Sunset Station tr: Deposited at cage. They required ID and email address. Walked 50 feet to the poker room, fired up laptop, logged on the their free internet. Fired up client and it showed account active and my balanced was credited.

Went over to bowling center - same result. Fun times!

+1, the situation is growing enormously and exponentially. I really know nothing about Iovation and the accusations but those who have done their research sound very convincing and not just a bunch of trolls...I'm really sorry Iovation has access to my SS# now.

I got a T-139 Samsung and when I sent the YES message, it replied,
"you are ENABLED. Go to the site and log in and play,"
but when I go to the site, its says I am NOT verified. I even tried going to mcdonalds for their Wi-Fi hotsot. Anyone have this issue or how to rectify it..Thanks, tim

Go to http://www.iplocation.net/index.php and see where the various location finders believe you are located. This site checks on 4 different services.

Trying to help my friend here, he is age/address/ID verified. He is getting the "unable to locate in Nevada" message. Note;

He did a self test on the loc-aid site, verifies his Las Vegas location in 3 seconds. He's on T-mobile. (Loc-aid, per previous post handles the phone location verification)
He's on COX cable/internet
Short codes work on his Android LG phone.
He's disabled/re-enabled 4G. (no help)

Email support, as we know, is virtually non-existent.

Any support/suggestions appreciated.

At this point U.P. probably isn't going to do much about it, because the only ones that care are some twoplustwo players. Most of U.P.'s player base is just going to be the general public, UFC fans, and Joe Schmo Station's gambler who won't know anything about it.

well, you'd think that someone like antonio would care, given that his endorsement of UP is generating revenue for iovation, pierson et al, aka the people who psychologically destroyed one of his best friends (spirit rock)

you'd also figure that terrance, who also had friends get absolutely brutalized, would do something about it

sad that neither cares lol

So Ultimate Poker picked a very similar name to a site that had some of the biggest cheating on it then picks one of the guys that was head of all the cheating and makes him the security guy for Ultimate Poker. Hahahaha wow talk about incompetence. I will never play on Ultimate Poker now and will be waiting till one of their competent competitors comes into the game and I will be encouraging everyone to do the same.

Yep, I don't blame you....I was one of the most staunch supporters when it came out and had made a mental note to ignore the fact they used the name ultimate since after all Ultimate Fighting is what the big draw was supposed to be, but now that this criminal activity has come to light, I'm really sorry I started an account here.
