Even if it means standing side by side with guys you hate for a month.
It made sense in WCW when the NWO attacked that guys like Sting, Luger, Savage, the Horsemen and Dungeon of Doom were all coming together, but otherwise killing each other.

But when you just had the stupid draft a couple weeks ago and people (aside from NXT) haven't even been on that brand for a month, why give a ****?

Wonder why they bother holding onto the animosity between Bryan and Miz in a way they don't do with anybody else, when they completely butchered the entire feud and likely aren't returning to it at any point soon.

Other than that, quality work by Bryan on the mic tonight. Sold me on the match.

I only caught that last segment. I found it hilarious that at the end Miz was the one who announced it was at Survivor Series like he created the match or something. So bad. Bryan's character's pretty interesting.

Ah, then you missed how the NXT girls that were brutally beaten by Shayna's War Games team on Wednesday showed up to back her up tonight.

That was so terrible. It also put Sasha into sort of a babyface position defending "her show" against the invaders which is also really bad. Survivor Series builds are just the worst lately (except for Becky getting punched last year).

Undisputed Era invading is at least slightly better since it's a cohesive NXT group.

I don't understand why they just didn't have Shayna's War Games team back her up.

Also, I'm just now realizing that NXT is doing War Games and then Survivor Series back to back? I wonder if Raw/SD talent are going to try and jump the cage.

The AJ-Strong-Nak match is really strange. An all heel triple threat. Wonder why all the world titles are the only ones being defended individually at SS. They couldn't figure out how to book a Fiend-Cole-Lesnar match without squashing Cole instantly?

The real answer's that Vince doesn't care much about the credibility of the midcard but wants to keep the main eventers credible. I'm sure this isn't groundbreaking info to you (or anyone)

The Revival ripped the Undisputed Era in an online promo after the attack on SD. Curious where they're leading for this since the Revival isn't in the SS match now. My guess would be a PPV run-in at best, but would be interested if it were something more.

So which one of you perverts is on the writing team? They are talking about a dog collar match in the near future. Thought the one fetish would have been enough with this Rusev nonsense.

All these years and the audience is still nowhere close to timing the "AWESOME!" right.

Becky burying the brand supremacy nonsense really cements her as the best face on the roster.

Good wrestler but they're shoving Humberto Carillo down our throats at Blue Chipper Rocky Maivia-levels and I want him to fail hard

Nice and conveniently, everyone wore their brand shirt, so everyone would know who to attack last night.

The only thing I found interesting was Undisputed attacking KO and HHH seemed a bit disgusted with that. I wonder if they're going to turn that into something on NXT.

When HHH said the doors are wide open Wednesday, what he meant was "anything to beat AEW this week".

I think NXT has to have a strong showing at SS to put them on the same level as the other two shows. It would be the smart thing to do if they wanted more people to watch too. I even wonder if someone is going to turn on either Raw or SD (or both) and join NXT to give them a little more star power going forward.

So you believe their claim that NXT isn't a developmental brand anymore? That it's now equal to being on RAW and Smackdown? I don't for one second.

I don't think that's the perception now but I think they're slowly transition it to be, Finn Balor being the start of it. Apparently he still sells a bunch of merch so to put him on the show is a big move.

NXT's gonna be the third brand tomorrow with the open invitation to RAW/SD! wrestlers to go. Whether or not they go back to just developmental guys after SS is a wait and see deal. I can absolutely see KO going back to NXT as well.

To me though, it absolutely feels like the third brand now. It's just not as prestigious because it hasn't been around as long or had much exposure on cable tv. They had Finn go back for no reason. If UE, Ciampa, Riddle, etc. eventually go to RAW or SD! without a huge swap then I'll think it's still a developmental deal. But for now, I just see these guys as indefinitely on NXT which makes it more of a third brand.

Watching the Punk interview last night it almost feels inevitable that he'll be in the ring doing something at some point.

However, he emphasized that his contract is solely with FOX and not WWE. So I wonder if his FOX contract precludes him from signing a wrestling contract elsewhere. Would be really interesting if he were doing the FOX show and popped up on AEW.

"After signing to RAW after the draft"

A reminder that AOP was already on RAW prior to the draft.
