The reason they did the television angle where PN News had his eye run into the ringpost by Mr. Hughes was because News had returned from England with a swollen shut eye courtesy of an altercation in a bar from Rick Rude. News couldn't beat Rude with both arms against one in arm wrestling and things got out of hand. In reality, even though there are guys who look much more powerful, with the exception of Scott Norton there probably isn't anyone in pro wrestling who could put Rude's arm down.

WWE should have gone with the original plans. A Real Americans face turn and a Cesaro/Swagger vs Del Rio/Sin Cara Deportation Tag Match. Losers get deported to Mexico forever.

Instead we will get generic Swagger/Cesaro and Ziggler/Del Rio singles matches. Ziggler vs Del Rio should go on the pre-show. I'd rather see the Vets Kane vs Big Show or even Mark Henry vs Ryback Part II happen at Mania 30.

Most people in WWE wanted to do Reigns vs Big E. with Reigns going over in a slugfest, but Vince overruled because he felt it would kill Big E. Vince would rather put BOTH Big E. and Reigns over at Mania. Reigns finally gets revenge on the Wyatt Family, and Big. E wins the unified secondary title.

i'm interested to see what directions the paths of reigns, big e, cesaro and ambrose take in the next couple of months. seems like they are committed to pushing them but i don't think there's enough room for all four right now. it would actually be a pretty good time to have a second world title, or a second secondary title that actually gets utlized.

That could change but right now WWE has monster plans for Reigns and Cesaro. Big. E. and Ambrose will probably have a long feud over the I.C. title, with fighters like Rollins, Ziggler, Miz, and Cody Rhodes in the mix to name a few.

The big surprise is Cesaro. From the doghouse to full McMahon support in less than 1 year. It pays to be 6'5 and jacked.

I always just assumed he was paying dues and maturing from indy star to big league star. Real Americans was huge for him and Zeb really matured his work.

Yeah I agree. A fair number of people seem to think that being buried and continuing to be on every single episode of Raw can go hand in hand. They really can't. If the company is still frequently making use of you on the main show, even in a ****ty side storyline, you're still in good shape. People who actually get buried end up on C-shows at best and rarely appear on Raw.

I can remember that it was said that Vince was not sold at all on Cesaro. So maybe not in the doghouse, but he still did a terrific job of getting himself over.
