Went back to pocono yesterday an there was great action going we were playing 10-20 with a kill and the game was action packed....art really knows how to get these no limit players to play limit...art was on the pa pushing for the game and away it went..

I think art put together a well run room given the small player pool in the wyoming valley area..

I find it funny that everybody is making out parx to be the holy Grail of poker but i mean do I really like playing cards and paying a buck for water..

I mean will I go to parx of course but to think parx will have a monopoly on poker in the mid Atlantic region that's all a pipe dream...

Art i have a question before u opened the room was it ever a thought not to spread 2-4???
And its none of my business but 2-4 unwound think def helps in terms of the bottom line..

lol im pretty sure i know who your talking about , know her name by chance? Its not kelly is it.

This was actually my first time playing at mohegan last night.
I was there last night from 8pm to about 2am and i got taken to coolertown. I had a raise at my table that went 6 to 100 preflop , fish complaing about other fish playing bad hahah was great. I seen k4 os , q9 os etc being played with like preflop raises of 15 , it was great, to bad i was super card dead and when i had a hand someone had a better hand. I also lost like 40 because of my own fault , the damn lighting on those back tables + the corner seats made me not see the flush on the river , apparently that spade on the river was a club my badddd. Every dealer i had was pretty solid , no major issues. the waitresses down stairs were nice to look at while not in a hand lol.

I look forward to coming back next week to recoup my loses. Atleast my friend walked out with $275 from last night.

I gotta be careful here on what I say here. I was shut down from posting here for the last 10 days.... I don't know if she's a Kelly???
That said, you seem to have hit the nail on the head, there is a person that thinks she's Gods Gift to Men, & a WannaBe poker pro, I use that last part very carefully
That person walks around the Poker rm as if the MoheganSun opened the Poker rm for her?
Too bad she could be so much more
Good luck in re couping ur $$$$

This is to the Ablanda & #2 floor,
ya gotta keep that Twitter Page updated, the last post there is Sunday @ 9:28AM ? I read that daily to see what kind of action ur having during the week, we're ready to travel, but need to know hw many tables are open Monday thru Thursday It's a long ride for us to find 2 tables open, should we come on down blindly. Please update it @ noon, 6PM, & 8PM..........

Art.... has the daily schedule of MTT's changed recently? I noticed on MSPD Twitter page yesterday (Wednesday night) the update read: "Attention Poker Players ! Join us for tonights 7PM Tourney ! $75 entry, 6K in chips, 20 min. levels. Reg opens at 5PM & closes at 7:40PM."

But the Wednesday night MTT has been, and still is listed as the $100 re-load tournament on the website and on all printed materials.

Just curious...

** If any other changes to the daily MTT schedule please give a quick update. Many Thanks!

We have changed the MTT's and have not been able to update the website for some reason. I checked the website and it has the november schedule up. Hopefully this is taken care of soon. Anyway, we got rid of the reload tournament on wednesday and replaced it with a $75 NLHE event with 6000 in chips and we got rid of the thursday HOSE event and replaced it with a $120 bounty. Also, the morning tournaments start at 12pm monday thru friday. Saturday and sunday is still $120 at 10am.

Man you're fast! Gotta say the noontime starts will be very welcome by many, myself included.

I know you guys are tweaking these schedules as you go, but any chance of ever slipping a survivor MTT into the weekly lineup? Seems like more and more casinos are running these in their daily MTT roster, and then running a bunch of them during any tournament series I suppose as cash satellites.

Just as a change of pace, and a bankroll builder for many these would definitely be a welcome addition.

My bank of $1000, left right after that, down $250 for the weekend trip...
Next trip, I guess, I'll get it back.
Please keep this form posted more.........

I got a tip for anyone needing a Motel in PA. Use the Green coupon books they have @ the State Line, & @ McDonalds, I stayed @ the HolidayExpress for $69 a nite Fri & Sat. Thats a good deal, free breakfast & a new indoor pool will be open by the 1st of the yr....
