I've been hearing rumors of a BBJ, If this is true then when is it going to happen, and are they doing away with the HHJ?

Al, I love playing the tournaments in the room. I am detered from the playing the monthly tourny. Is the tournament structure the same as the dailys? Any chance you guys could add starting chips? Possibly 25K to 30K? More play for your money!

Anyone going to play in the $220 Black chip bounty tomorrow? Im guessing it will sell out pretty quickly. I was talking with one of the Supervisors on wednesday, seems like they may move it to 12pm next month if a lot of people get shut out.

Also, noticed the Bravo live app is up. Only tourny info at this point but still its cool to see.

The 550 tourny at the end of the month is one of the best structured tournaments ive played in for the money. Yeah its only 15k in chips but levels are 30 min and they dont skip any levels. The tournament seems to take about 10 hrs to complete. Ive noticed a lot of tournaments that have 25k+ chips are worse because the levels jump to ridiculous amounts toward the end making it a shove fest regardless of the amount of chips you have. Actually the only complaint ive heard at the tables is that the dinner break is only 30 min long.

I hope you heard correct. I highly doubt the PGCB would allow it but I would play cornhole down there. FYI I was the united states cornhole champion in 1972. I beat Tex Johnson in straight sets 21-3,21-9 to win the belt. I will take on all comers. Even in my old age I will beat up on all you young cornholers.

does this Saturday night 7:00pm $220.00 tourney sell out? i am thinking about making a trip up on a Saturday soon & would like to play

also, what time does it end on average?

i think that you should have it every Saturday night instead of just once a month

thanks in advance

The next $220 Black Chip bounty is scheduled for 12pm on 4/14/12. We will be able to have around 120-140 entrants so I dont think you will have to worry about being shut out.

Was at MSPD today and they were setting up tournament tables in the bar area. I asked and they said is was just to see how many would fit.
Possibly for future bigger events? I hope so!!

Tables were taken down later

Yeah looks good. I was there around 11am when they were setting them up. I asked about them and was told it's going to be mostly used for weekend tOurnaments and one of the guys mentioned something about a tournament series in July. Either way it looks like they mean business with tournaments now if that's what they actually will do. I really enjoy the tournaments they offer now. It's going to be interesting to see what they offer going forward.

Ablanda don't mess around....though i wish that area could have been used for a cornhole tourney...or maybe a 2 lane bowling alley could have been solid...I think one of the grave shifts thinks he can bowl with his 32 bowling balls!!!!

15/30 HOSE starts around 9am tue/thur and goes through most of the night. On Saturdays it is usually 15/30 OE and starts around 5pm.

We should have Bravo fully functional on or around 4/26.

Everything is pending PGCB approval but we are in the process of planning a week long tournament series the last week in July with the Main Event being an $1100 buy in. Those tables were out to see how many tournament tables can fit in that area if/when we get approved for that space.
