They should hire the resident Encore parking guru from this forum!*

Valet, dude. In the garage you risk the high probability of being knifed, being the victim of a hit and run and/or someone pulling a gun on you because you honked at him one too many times on rt 2 ?

Looks like I finally lost all the monthly reward & choice points. Only get two free table bets now that I never use. Only play MTTs, slots & video poker on my trips.

I'm still at the gold member level even though I have not earned enough of the required points to keep it over the last 6 months. I've been getting grandfathered in like this for a few years.

Anybody else losing/downgrade their point rewards?

Any hope of get reward points to return next month?

Downgraded my room offers, points, etc. What I can’t understand is it’s for November when that place is a ghost town. Poker only. like you I didn’t earn enough points for gold but still kept my status. Buffet here I come!

Did the points per hour get lowered to $1.20 for 1/2?

Foxwoods has been reducing their comps and offers. I was gonna make a trip out there with my poker buds but we've decided on Encore instead. Much nicer there anyway.

I've seen online ads for Foxwoods Online Casino. Not gonna click on it; anyone know how it works and whether it's legal?

I haven't looked into it deeply but from what I understood it's been running for a while and isn't "real gambling", it is more like sweepstakes.

Stopped in tonight just to do my free bets and saw a sign that said Fox Tower is now completely smoke free and at the roulette table, the cocktail server denied a guy Guinness until he showed his platinum card. So FW is also being cheap, even to guys betting $100 a spin at roulette

If it's a drink that they have to go to Centrale for then yes they'll only do so for a higher tier card, been that way for years (I've done it many times and always had to show my card). Not sure if that normally includes Guinness or not.

Do you earn tier credits for tournament buyins? I didn't think you did but my only action this month has been a tournament and I have 20 tier credits

I did not know this. I’m only in the pits for my free bets

I didn't know either. What type of upgraded drinks could you get? Redbull?

I was there yesterday and smoking is still going on. I didn’t see any signage stating a future date either.

I don't know the list of inclusion. I've always just asked for 1 of the draft beers that's available at the bar. I also only did it when I was Diamond so I'm not sure if the list differs by card.

Applies to every blackjack game I could find, including stadium blackjack ($5 minimums) and up. All the 6-5 felts have been removed from the tables. Twin River has a similar offer posted on a billboard on a building near exit 12 of I-93.

I hardly ever play table games (maybe once a year on average after factoring in playing a bunch on my first Vegas trip) but still hope this results in a shift in the competition. I really don't see the need to fleece gamblers more when the game is already designed for the house to win. Sadly I don't think enough players know to even look for it and will drive out of their way to get the better odds.

If someone is betting $10 a hand or only playing a short time they won't go the further distance.

If they are betting $25 a hand or planning to play for a while they definitely will. 3/2 instead of 6/5 makes for a big difference over the longterm. I will never tip a dealer at a 6/5 table either.

The dealer is still providing you a service, why short change them? They don't choose the odds or even which game to deal. That's like stiffing your waiter because the portion is too small.

It’s a convenient excuse.

A kid last week hit the BJ progressive for 433k. He gave the 4 other players 1k each and gave the dealer nothing. Some people just don’t like to tip

This is like your local bar switching to 10oz beers for the price of 12 or 16oz, and you still going there despite the rip-off, but refusing to tip the bartender.

Have some self-control and with go somewhere with better odds or have some understanding that the dealer didn’t set the odds.

If you are getting a couple free nights a week for poker, what level of play on those nights is required to keep getting them? Will playing tournaments do it or does it have to be a certain number of hours of cash? Thanks in advance
