Even worse now. Max bet is capped but you only play 5 hands. Not against the players at the table but the dealer. High totals are logged and the payouts are at the end of the day.

The 150$ 50k was a ***** show. So many mistakes and bad rulings. Thankfully none affected me and will be back for day 2. Stupid that's it's a 5pm restart

No strategy. Just bet the max every hand and hope for splits & doubles. They keep track of which hand you're on so you could be on your 2nd while the guy next to you is finishing up and 3 open seats at the table. Not worth playing unless you're walking by with time to kill.

The 5 PM restart so so people don't miss a days work, and they can sell some rooms on a slow night. Hard to believe, but brilliant idea for players and casino

Does anyone know if the point rewards per hour change depending on what tier your card is or/and what stakes you're playing? I'd imagine the higher stakes do pay more but i'm not sure about the tiers.

Also how difficult is it to get comp'd? How does this change for mid-week versus weekend? Are rooms the only thing offered as complimentary?

When it says on the tournament sheet that the tournament will be played to completion, does that mean no chops and they must play until there is a winner, or it means it's a one day event and will be completed that same day?

Got a Wednesday doctors appointment and would hate to be chipped off if it goes 2 days

Don't worry, the "game of the future" PLO tourney will only get 50 players and will be chopped 6 ways before dinner time

Run it twice being introduced at 5/10 NL and higher

What is the typical decision timeline like for weather related cancels? Obviously some people come from farther than others it would be nice to know the decision is made X hours before.

They canceled Friday 11am tourney at 730am on Friday morning, but canceled Monday's 11am tourney on Sunday night at 11pm. Tomorrow looks fine tho with light snow.

Looks like you are better off following their twitter account @FoxwoodsPoker instead of their blog for cancelations.

I have been playing 2-5 nlhe and plo consistently several times a month for years at Foxwoods. 90% of my points come from poker and the rest is the occasional venture into table games and video poker. I have always received complimentary rooms Sunday-Thursday with occasional Fridays. I get free points to spend almost everyday, many show tickets and event offerings. I will clarify that I have the standard red wild card. To have a reference I made 560 points last year.

Got info for March. Only 5 points occasionally and no free rooms. Looking for another venue.

Good luck. Your play from Oct-Dec must've been very light to lead to those offers.

Not sure how much I played but I invited my son down for an overnighter in January. He hasn't been there in years and has since left the country. I received his Foxwoods offers for March at my home. They include free rooms for 2 nights per week; 20 or 25 Reward points, depending upon the date; two free tickets to see Sophia Loren and a free Fossil Watch. Go figure.

500 hours and 75 days within 12 months gets you the black card and double points. Rooms available Sunday thru Thursday, but sometimes booked, like this week. Players lounge is free food. Points can be used to purchase almost anything, or to reserve free rooms, i.e., just to hold them.

It's J lot. Just drive up to Rainmaker Drive. I go past gas statio, then make a right, and it's on your left. Or just go down Rainmaker Drive, casino on right, lot J sort of straight ahead, though you have to make left, then right. It's about 50 yards from poker room, but outside. Rainmaker garage ok too. I switch off, depending on weather. J lot is between poker room and Two Trees.
