I know a while back, someone asked about me putting the BBJs from the casinos on www.detpokerz.com. I have contacted the 3 downtown via their 'contact us' forms offering to put it up on the site for free and haven't received any responses.

I'm going to start playing again full time in a few weeks and will hit up all 3 and see if I can get one of the floor guys to get me in contact with someone that likes free advertising...

If anyone knows someone at one of the casinos that I could get in contact with regarding it, let me know.

yes. but $140/8 or 9 hands/ I never "storm off" or get mad or scold others on or off the table. It was really easy to leave. flopped nut straight and flush two hands in a row. crack. crack. two full houses. crack. crack. sometimes you just have to leave before it gets worse... Did not mean any disrespect to you or the game.

PLO8 runs at Sunnybrook on Wednesday at 7pm 1-2 blinds 300 max buyin. Otter knows when the 10-20 and 15-30 RxR games go off at Motor City. We have tried to get a monthly HORSE game, but it only runs every 3-4 months.

I might have to checkout the plo8 someday. I am in the mood for O8.

I saw on bravo app late around 5am last night that the only game running in Toledo at the time was 1/3 RxR. I bet it was juicy if a few players who wanted to play poker only play NL but with it being the only game going decide to jump in along with people who could be stuck gambling it up hard.

Thank You for letting me know how you feel about the room. I still own that room, and yes it is the only one in St. Clair Co. (I was just trying to throw a little humor in there) I also owned the room across from Meijer's however i had a lady partner, and sometimes partnership's dont work out, so i moved the room where it is now.
Traffic in the room has picked up a bit. Tournament's have gotten a lot better, Cash games are good. I really wish you would give it another try. I will be over there this Sat. night At 6:30.(Jan. 26th). We are having the end of the month dinner. If you dont have any plans please stop by and have dinner with us. I would like to meet you and maybe get some ideas from you on how to make the room better. I will even buy u in the cash game. (unless you are barred from there)

It has been over a year since i made that statement. Things change in a year. At that point in time no one had any idea they were closing. Not even the Stae. And yes it was well run, The hired help did not break the rules.

Just talked to the manager at the new Arcadia Poker Room in Troy. Looks like the state is now saying that they had a change in ownership way back when (which the room says was only a land contract) which invalidates their license. Kind of sucks because they had invested all this money and the state let them operate for two weeks before changing their mind. Anyway, doesn't look good, so another room might be going out of business just as they were getting started. Really like the guys trying to get that started, so I'm sorry they're not going to get a chance to see what they could do in that area.

That was supposed to be secret. Well at least until today but Dave hadn't called me yet.
