How the hell do you have 3 simultaneous pending cashouts?

WTF. How did he get 3 WU cashouts processed so quickly? And now we have people who requested in March getting their money before people who requested in January? WTF!

Shane, this is getting even more ridiculous than it already is. How can people who requested 2 months after me (and many others) get their cashout before me. I understand that you guys have no direct control over these processors but there must be something that Lock can do as far as how the cashouts are submitted to the processors. It seems like they ignore old requests and focus on the new ones.

Haha, that's quite odd. I've had 2 at once before aswell, though. As long as all previous ones go from Requested to Authorized, you're able to request the next one.

Authorized? I'm not sure if I've ever seen 'authorized'. I've seen requested, verified, and processed. When my current unfulfilled cashout went to verified 2 months ago I was not able to request another cashout. Only yesterday when it was processed (11 weeks after original request date) was I able to request a new cashout.

Sorry that's for Skrill. I assumed it said the same things for WU, guess not. I guess the system works similar in any case, though. You're able to request a new one probably when it says.. Verified then?

In the history section of the cashier, whenever it goes from just being in the top section(withdrawals) to also showing in the next section(western union withdrawals) you can request a new withdrawal. At least this has been my experience.

Haven't heard from charliekelly in a day or two, has he rightfully gone insane yet?

Requested on 3/10. Finally got "Verified" today. How long after verification does it take to get the money?

Im starting to think that something happened with the processor that lock sent the early january wu cashouts to and they are just trying to stall. Its really the only thing that makes sense, how the hell are people that requested 2 months after us getting paid and we arent? Shane you really need to comment on this, its not acceptable. And no bs "ill look into this and email you"

Just about.

Emailed support a few days ago and was met with an insta reply saying they are experiencing delays, blah blah blah, sorry for the inconvenience, etc.

We had a processing backlog, thats being worked through. (the majority of the outstanding WU batch is due to be cleared late this week according to the last update I received) As we move forward to improve things for players we create new relationships with new processors and as that happens sometimes an old batch will be later than a new batch.

Players usually look at processing as a very singular situation, but one processor alone couldnt handle the volume that we need to process.

Do you see how those of us that requested WU 2-3 months ago would be upset by the fact that we are still sitting around waiting and people that requested within the last 30 days have their money?! Life isn't fair and we understand you have minimal control once $ goes to your processors but some sort of system needs to be implemented to prevent that from happening or at least keep the timeframes relatively close. Customers should not be forced to wait 2+ months longer than others.

I am now getting a clearer picture of what these "processor" operations look like. I see monkeys running around in circles at a WU office throwing cash and feces at each other. Every once in awhile a transaction goes through.

Sunday marks 3 months for me. Had sender info for 5 weeks.

There Filipinos living a Filipino life and running on 'Filipino time'. On the days that they do decide to show up for work AND actually do work, i think what's happening is they start from the top of the stack (the newest requests, Feb requests), get a few processed, and call it a day leaving the ones at the bottom of the stack (the older requests, January requests) unworked on. The next time they decide to show up to work there are even newer requests (March requests) that get worked on but they just don't work long enough to get to the bottom of the stack.

'Filipino Time' is a real phenomenon. I know I'm 1/2 Filipino.

PS- even I have trouble figuring out what order these weird 3 part filipino names go in.

Well in 3 days will be exactly 3 months for a WU for me. I only requested $663 and am waiting this long for this. I have never in my life heard of a WU taking this long to receive. Sorry i think im kinda over this now.

LOL made me laugh

It is true that in some countries, work and time are experienced completely differently Make an appointment with someone at say 6 PM? In the 'West' that would mean arriving 5 minutes early. Over there it might mean you can arrive anywhere from 6 PM till ~8 PM

Lol yeah, and its Last, First Middle XD. I actually had to memorize that so that when I go to WU to pick up money they wouldn't flip out on me for not knowing the name of the person sending me $2,000 lol.
