Shane??? I have asked you multiple times and you have told me you were looking into my withdrawal, and I haven't heard a word from you or lock not responding to emails. It would be nice if you could be a man of your word.

The 'user blacklisted' message comes back from our processor. Once we get this message on a player we cannot send them a WU from any of our processors.

As far as Im aware in these cases you are unfortunately only able to use the check cashout option. The check wont bounce, but Im not sure how fast they can get it out to you. Ive sent all this over to the cashier manager to get the best possible info for you.

Sound very unlikely, the MTCN is the pickup detail without that you cannot pickup the transfer.

Actually when you werent wasting my time spamming the Lock Facebook page for the last 2 hours I was trying to work on a new system Ive put in place to better track all of the cashout enquiries and am working with our CEO to make sure these are given a much higher priority.

And yes despite your lovely comments all night you are still at the top of the list to get their cashout chased up and sorted out.

Your last update was that your cashout would come through this week, I have tried to find out if this is still on track to come this week but have not heard back yet.

Alright, I'll be calling WU first thing in the morning then to find out exactly why I was blacklisted and I'll post the information I receive here. What's even more shocking to me Shane is that you seem to have such an "understanding" of Lock's financial situation where you can GUARANTEE me in the quote above that the check won't bounce. I'm an accountant and would love to see any financial statements or even projections that would make an employee be able to say "the check won't bounce". You must be choosing to ignore the fact that the last check I myself requested DID bounce and several other people have posted similar stories with the same result of the check bouncing. Instead, why can there not be a guarantee on the time? I have said I am willing to pay the cost of overnight shipping, I will pay $50-$100, and even stated that in my last email to Lock that I am waiting to hear back on. Because if the check bounces, well at least I got it overnight, so i can then react instantly. If I have to wait 3 months for a check to come, first off that's bullcrap because I've waited longer than anyone I can see on here, and second of all I'm not risking waiting 3 months and then watching it bounce. I'll sell my Lock $ @ .50 on the dollar and quit Lock altogether before leaving it in Lock's hands withdrawing via check, I already trusted them for the last 3 months with their "better processors", trust me I am effin' PISSED OFF at this point. Seriously Shane, just for a second pretend you're me. Just sympathize for a freakin' second man. I've emailed you and Lock and msg'd on fb (without ever spamming or degrading or NOTHING) for 3 months and posted on here and everything, and now I'm being told "back of the line". Seeing as you're in that same time group I believe as my original request (01/06), I've also been keeping track of whether or not you get CIH, good luck dude. If yours is delayed or cancelled or whatever for any reason then I can only assume no coincidence with the timing of my "WU blacklisting". Even if I end up being blacklisted, at this point with the way Lock let me know and responded to me as if it's the normal and as if I HAVEN'T been already waiting 3 months, then I would have to fully believe they did something to intentionally get me blacklisted as a receiver to delay/postpone my payout even further. The same way as it takes them weeks to verify a withdrawal, and weeks to give send info, I literally see this "blacklisting" bullcrap as just another method of postponement.

I can say the check wont bounce because processor problems where a batch of checks are bad arent a problem we are currently facing. From memory the last bad batch of checks was at least 9 months ago. (its been so long I really cant remember what it was.

You haven't been pushed to the back of the line, Ive had one reply back from the cashier manager with a possible solution. Knowing we need to sort this out ASAP my first question back to her was how fast can we get something out to you and Im just waiting on that answer now.

Well while I appreciate your response, then the customer service message really ought to be different. Instead of just telling me that I need to do this, and need to cancel my other request, and then request a check, without any other words in the e-mail is completely unprofessional. At least acknowledge that I'm one of the longest people awaiting to receive $ and that something will be done to ensure I receive my money in a timely manner. I worked in an accounts payable department for an extremely large affiliate marketing company. We'd cut checks SAME DAY for $200,000 to google, to facebook, craigslist, you name it. I understand the businesses are different, and the $ involved is different, but how hard is it to say "hey, no problem, we can get you a check for your $2,000 almost instantly". I'm not asking for a $10k skrill withdrawal here, it's $2,000. What kind of company needs to take it's time in delivering $2,000? It doesn't take long to cut a check, and after this much time, why do I still need to be the one following up that something should be done?

You have to remember that we cant draw you up a personal check and send it out to you it has to go through the processor still. We can push your check to the very front of the queue but the delivery time of that check will still rely on how fast the processor can physically process the check and when the next batch is due to go out.

Im working to find out how long this will be and as soon as I have the information I will let you know.
