I went to bank to deposit but the teller would not let me deposit cuz on the money order there was nothing written in the 'From:' section. I asked her why does that matter if it's a money order. I didn't think that mattered with a money order, but she still would not let me.
Can I just write a random name in? Does it matter? Anybody had this happen? My plan was to write a name in and go back tomorrow to a different teller and try deposit.
I would be grateful for some advice from Shane or anybody else?

Lock refuses to reissue the cashout OR put the funds back into my account. It is currently 8 months after the request.

Details:

Unforunately when I attempted to pick up the cashout I was told on three separate attempts to pick it up at three separate WU locations that something was wrong with my sender info or MTCN. The first time they told me that the "MTCN had already been collected". The second and third time they said the sender info was wrong. At first I thought I just ran into some extremely incompetent WU agents, but it became clear that the info provided was clearly not correct. Either way, I was unable to collect the withdrawal with the information Lock provided.

I email Lock and they essentially ignore me for three months(Shane responded one time during this period that he'd look into it, and then proceeded to ignore me for three months or so). Finally, Lock Quinn responds fishing for reasons not to pay out. The one they seemed to settle on is that I "did not pick the funds up within 25 days". Not only was when I attempt to pick up the funds ever even asked a single time in the 3 months prior, but it should not even be relevant. The 25 day rule they are attempting to apply to the cashout (randomly brought up in an email for the first time 7 months after the WU was requested) was created in March of 2013. This is a cashout from November of 2012. (Full Disclosure: The first attempt to pick up was sometime after Christmas. I do not know exactly when because, again, ITS NOT ACTUALLY RELEVANT). Just a completely ridiculous attempt to not pay out $2000 they owe.

During this entire time, I have received responses to a fraction of my emails to support and messages to Shane. The responses I have received have almost entirely been filled with blatant lies, including a skype conversation with Shane where he basically just lied to me for 20 straight minutes.


Just posting this again in case anyone is still under the impression Lock is anything other than the shady operation they are. Something happens to a cashout they process through a super shady processor, and then they decide randomly SEVEN MONTHS LATER to unilaterally shift that liability to the player. Just a complete joke.

I feel extremely lucky to have gotten it in less then three months, I would advise everyone to try emailing jennifer@lockpoker.eu, I received the same generic responses until I sent an email to Jennifer and I dont know if it was just coincidence but the day I emailed her my withdrawal was coverted to check and sent out.

Shane, can you PLEASE, PLEASE look into my cashout? I've been waiting since Feb. 1, and got the sender info almost 3 months ago, on Apr. 23. There is DEFINITELY something wrong with my cashout. The longest I heard it took to get the MTCN after the sender info was one month. I've just been getting the same cut-and-paste answers from the cashier team for the last 3 months. My wait time is going on almost 6 months now. PLEASE help me out here!

i didnt get a response from her directly just from generic support so it could very well be coincidence. I sent the same email to her,shane and support and I will same I took a much angrier,upset, slightly vulgar tone then my previous emails. It was probably just a coincidence though, I doubt anything I did had any effect, my name was probably just drawn out of a hat.

Question: Is it possible to have multiple WU withdraws at same time? I have pretty much just settled on the fact that 4 months is what I am looking at I requested a withdraw on june 8th so i know I am in the back of the line, but I want to get another withdraw cued up so I can begin the wait on that one as well. Is this possible?

..........never-mind support got back to me. No other w/d can be made until first one gets cleared in case anyone else was wondering.

"Unfortunately, we are behind our standard withdrawal processing processing timeframes at this time and this has caused some withdrawals to take longer than expected to process. We expect to these delays to be cleared shortly and your withdrawal will be processed very soon.

Due to the nature of the Cashier, it is not possible to have more than a single withdrawal pending at any one time. You will only be able to request another withdrawal once your first withdrawal has been processed"

A reminder to those who are saying their checks have cleared in a day - it doesn't work like that. Just because your bank made funds available the next day doesn't mean the check has actually fully cleared (it can take 21 business days for foreign checks).

THAT SAID, I've seen no reports of any recent Lock checks bouncing.

Yeah, several years ago I deposited a check from Full Tilt and the funds were available the next day, then about 2 weeks later it bounced and they took the funds from my account. I never would have thought I would have to worry about it after 2 full weeks of having the funds available to me.
