Happens every time - even when I'm sending money to Canada or something. Of course, I go to the WU at my local grocery store, so that probably doesn't help...

Is there like a max WU that this small grocery stores can payout? Like will they be able to cashout my 2k WU no problem?

Some definately have limits. One of my local grocery stores is ironically $1,999. Another little dinky store was like $300. The one I used to go to was $2k max. I would call first, if not there is always one that will somewhere else or a town over.

I always call ahead and let them know I have a large cash out and ask them when the time best time for me to come in is. If you don't let them know your coming in a lot of times they don't have enough cash on hand.

There are state limits for WU. As a border state, the maximum cash that can be sent is only $450!!

I actually had this experience as well with my last withdrawal, make sure to check right where the sender info is, thats where it kinda slips in.

I'm posting all this to stress the importance of clear and concise posting of information.
I am just as frustrated as everyone else, in fact I am completely done with lock and merge as well until cash-outs become smoother. 100% cashed out as of now.
So lately I've been following along with this thread to see how things are going, its hard to follow with so much trolling. Especially 4 new posters trying to get info about their cash-outs. Can we please try to keep the trolling to a minimum? Also when you guys are complaining (which I understand), post the dates of everything on your cashout process with each post, believe it or not, this helps everyone including yourself. This way Shane can clearly see that your cashout is more outstanding than anyone else, without the dates its just a waste.

Maybe check your spam folder? I think u should have gotten an email if it is a casino transaction and the info isn't in the cashier.

Searching this thread it seems people have had to wait a few more days/email support multiple times about the number? Hopefully it'll show up soon, overall happy with the cashout time all things considered and if its not a huge hassle to retrieve the mtcn.

Once you get the sender info you will usually you receive the MTCN in 2-5 Business days it seems like. There is no need to email support at all unless it has been more than 7 business days because that is the time frame they tell you they shoot for.

Recieved MTCN and picked up funds without problem. Got questioned like I was some drug kingpin though, where the money came from, what I do now with it, etc etc...

Anyone else get questioned like this? I just gave super vague answers about how they are affiliates of mine and I am earning interest from them. Felt like I had to give them something, but I think I don't have to answer those questions but I didn't want them to not process it for me.

Well, I'm waiting on my biggest WU withdrawal to date, so I can only imagine what the manager at the Food Lion I go to will think...lol. Usually whenever I go into the store to use WU for anything I get a look or two. But yeah...it's not abnormal. I've never had to answer questions about the money coming in, though.

No, not once. I've picked my WU up at 3 different supermarkets and today a bank. At the bank, I was asked for my social security number but was assured it was for internal use and was needed to set me up in their computer system (note: I don't hold an account with this particular bank).

If someone asked me those questions I would tell them to mind their own damn business. If I were pressed to the point of them saying they would not complete my transaction, I'd simply take my business elsewhere. Either that or you could troll the **** out of them. I guess it depends on what you've got going on that day.

Yeah it was pretty uncomfortable, the teller kept telling me that these things are always a scam, kept pressing for how I know this person, acted really arrogant and was surprised when there was actually money there for me. Who knew?

Anyway, nice to have my first successful cash out from lock, seems to be fasted cash out speeds right now for US players.
