Shane, why aren't payouts processed in the order they were requested? People are posting who requested days to weeks after mine who already have MTCN, I am still in verified status? Surely you will ignore this like you ignore my PM's and support ignores my emails.

Shane's likely answer (as this question has been asked several times) would be that once they send the payments to the processor they have very little control on the rest of the process. It seems the processor's are the one's who are "deciding" the order these pay outs get sent out. But I don't think anyone knows how that order is decided. It may as well just be completely random.

Do I get charged to cancel a pending WU ? anybody know ? how long does it take for them to put the funds back in my account ? thanks

After requesting a withdrawal, you should get an email. Within that email you will see the following line:

"** Please ensure the address on file is correct, as an undeliverable payout or stop payment request will incur a $250 fee."

I am not positive that if you cancel a pending WU it falls under this category. But, I would think if you cancel a pending WU, that is the same thing as a stop payment request... thus you probably would incur a $250 fee.

I would email support or try and contact Live support to get some more accurate info before making your decision.

if the WU is in process, meaning they have accepted your withdrawal request then you do incur a fee. If you go to your withdrawal tab and can still see your withdrawal is PENDING, i.e. hasn't bee accepted/verified you can simply click the cancel and get all your money back into your account without incurring a fee.

I know this cause I have done it.

i know for a fact if its still listed as requested and you cancel, there is no fee and the money is in your account instantly. not sure if its been verified/processed/accepted tho.

Been at a stand still trying to get all funds off of Lock. Just want to be done already and move on. Looks like I will have several months of checking the cashier's page (assuming Lock will still have a cashier).

I went to pick up today and they said there was nothing to WD - the MTCN# did not bring anything up. They said if it wasnt sent as money in minutes then sometimes it takes 16-20 hours or so. I noticed the MTCN# in my account this morning (about 12 hours ago) and just tried to cash it...I am very concerned - will go in tomorrow and try again.

I dont think i have ever seen this posted on here which is why i am REALLY worried this is going to turn into a major hassle and possibly no cash.

I will update tomorrow after i try again.

Shane are you aware of this ever being an issue before?

same 2/18. "it's a very tough market we are trying to operate in" blah blah blah, Shane why is it almost everyone else can get players there money in 1-2 weeks? I saw you post that most people get there money in the 7-14 day time frame but conveniently they just don't have 2p2 accounts. In my opinion there is no reason for this other than lock has cash flow problems.

WU withdrawal requested 2/22, still waiting on verification. Should come in the next few days, as last time it took me 7 weeks to receive my $$.

I honestly wouldn't mind 2 months if it was consistent and you could cash out more than 2k at a time for WU. I guess if you can still do a 3k ck and a WU at the same time you could theoretically move 33k a year.

OK it appears I've been skipped over. 6 weeks and still JUST REQUESTED.

I see a lot of people ask Shane questions in this thread but I never seem to see any responses. He must avoid this thread like the plague.

I emailed support last week and was polite. I asked if they could please look into why I have not received a change in my WU withdraw in 5 weeks.

I got a response telling me that they are beholden to the processor and the situation isn't as cut and dry as I seem to believe. They have never missed a cashout before and they won't miss mine.

or it could mean you have at least a month to go, depending on how you look at it. this thread is pretty useless for estimating when you will receive a cash out since they apparently just do them in random order. i'm still waiting on one from 1/11, which has been processed/accepted for a week, but they just don't send me the mtcn or replay to email.

Thats garbage, you should have your money by now. You should be paid in the order you requested no matter how big or how small the amount.

1/17 requested and we're probably in the same batch. fwiw, they emailed me over the weekend and told me to expect the MCTN on Tuesday.

I went to pick it up today and nothing. They typed in my last name to see if there was anything and it not in payout area...not sure what that means. I have always thought when you got the mtcn number you were safe - guess not.
