they have a facebook page. just type it into the search bar. it's the same support team, but if you make public posts on their page they have no option but to acknowledge you.

Define "timely fashion?" Timely by normal WU standards, no. But last year when WU came available I would get it in within 2 weeks which under the US circumstances -- and compared to now -- was certainly satisfactory.

I have no doubts that people will continue to get paid, it's just a question of whether you're willing to wait this long.
