I tried my hand at live support and had a Q&A with 'crista' who basically just gave me the run about and didnt ever answer anything specific because "she wasnt able to" but would forward my issue to the cashier dept and "work it up the ladder".

Later this evening i get your everyday copy amd paste automated response from the cahsier dept. From none other than 'crista'...lol

LOL.. that's hilarious. To be fair, I'm sure they have a few girls named 'crista' on their support team with that exact same spelling..

So, I guess I picked the worst possible day to withdraw? Really frustrating waiting over 3.5 months and not even getting sender info yet. At this rate, it will probably take 4 years to get my balance off. (Not that I think Lock will be around that long without a sale.)

That's is where ur completelyt wrong. If lock goes down, no one is buying that site. Stop playing on it. No point if u can't cashout. If anything, sell ur money on p2p transfers thread. I don't understand y ppl continue to play when they haven't received $$ in about 4 months.

Mine's about to hit the 4 month mark this Saturday. I e-mailed them two weeks ago and got this response:

Still, no change. So I e-mailed them again yesterday, and guess what? I got the exact same response that I got two weeks ago. Word-for-word, nothing changed. Man, forget poker. Shane, how do I apply to be a Lock customer support rep? Getting paid to press Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V all day. Gotta be the easiest job in the world. I bet you, at this point, they're just laughing at us.

@Lupin, lol I was about to type that I've already received that exact response and how it's funny that we all seem to be on the top of this list and then I read your understanding of the copy-pasted generic emails.

I wonder who else is on this priority list besides everyone who is being told they're on top. My WU withdrawal wait is about to hit 5 months in a few days. Everyone's on top of a list that doesn't seem to exist. I wonder who's on the "bottom" and how pissed they'd be to hear so.

To be fair though, how pissed would you be if you were told: "Well, there are people waiting 5 months, and they're on the top of the list... so even though you've been waiting 4 months, unfortunately you're only in the middle tier." They pretty much feel as though they have to tell everyone that they're priority. It sucks, it honestly sucks. People wouldn't mind waiting in order if payouts were actually happening everyday at a regular pace like they used to.

I did quit playing. Played all of 1 session this month just to make sure they don't try to say my account's inactive or something. I'm still hoping my non-US backer will be able to cash out our 30K or so 10K at a time which is why we're not selling it off at .40, but I'll admit I'm not overly optimistic about the situation.

When will I actually be included in the next batch as promised? It is not my fault or responsibility that an older processor Lock used for sending my money through either sucks or stole the money. My WU withdrawal, as well as others from my time period, should have been re-sent through these newer processors.
