Support not responding to me now. I said specifically in the email that I don't want their usual generic response, so I guess they just decided they better not respond at all because that's all they have to offer.

I'm sure I'm in the "next batch" though!

They started ignoring my emails a couple weeks ago. I get a response every 3 days or so.

Shane didn't reply to my last email either, that I sent on 2/28. I've been "verified" from my 1/24 cashout for quite some time now.

I don't get why people email support when you know 100% that you are getting a generic response and it doesn't mean anything... stop wasting your time!

i always hope i'll catch one of the support representatives at the end of his shift. maybe he just got a raise, and his girlfriend of three years has agreed that they should have a threesome with her best friend.

so the guys on cloud nine, sees my email, and says "**** it", life's been good to me. I'm going to help this guy out.

and he moves my payout to the front of the queue.

it could happen.

more like maybe there will be a new guy that doesn't know how things work, or maybe they will leave the janitor or someone's kid in charge for the day, etc. that's really the best hope.

Anyways, the live chat closing when you enter submit is what happens when they are "closed".
I just tried their live chat and I received the same msg that I received from Lock Poker support.

"Kevin: Apologies I can see your cashout is has taken just above our normal cashout times, this can happen from time to time due to the manual work involved in processing the cashouts, but we should make progress on your cashout soon and have it to you in the coming days."

I waited 9+ weeks for this- awesome. Any advise on what to do now?
I have emailed support. Am I going to be expected to go thru the entire process with a fee now? I have an additional cash out already requested with a $100 fee.

Find a buyer and do a transfer. Eat a vig other wise you may not ever see anything. Why did it fail after 9 weeks. How do you get sender info and then noting??

If you're lucky you'll be verified(which you wont receive an email about) but even then, you will have only completed the first quarter of lock poker's "7-14 business day" withdrawal process, enjoy the emotional roller coaster with the rest of us

Taking a guess at what a "failed" transaction might be... This is a person sending money in their own personal name and this transaction is in no way connected to an actual business. Some people might get flagged for too many transactions, steal funds or just quit their job from the time they are named as the sender to the time they actually send the funds. Some people get MTCN quickly and others wait an eternity. Hard to tell where the delay actually is.

It would really suck to have waited over 2 months and have it fail.

My last response from cust svc "It should not be much longer at all till your MTCN appears. As soon as its available it will be displayed in your Cashier's History. Thank you again for your patience.

Customer service has been taking 1-3 days to respond to e-mails. It might be a good idea for us to hold back on the e-mails since we get BS responses anyway. This might help people get action faster on a "failed" transaction.

Thank you for your email. Once a Western Union payout has been submitted, we will process this within around 14 business days. Please note that right now it may take longer than that though. Once done, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes your Confirmation Number and Name of the Sender. Please take this, along with photo ID to your local Western Union branch and they will release the funds to you.

Well best of luck to you all. I cant complain though..I had a buddy from Denver stake me into a few trnys. I cashed in most of them then paid him back in full and binked that 30$ 5k gtd trny last month for 1251$. So if i don't receive no $$ cant really complain because i have never deposited into online poker before because of the fact i haven't worked since 2009 because of a bad accident i was in..i was part of ptp but got banned from there because i had all my personal information under MOMS name because of past due hospital bills and they thought that was fishy and gave me a insta ban.. was gay as hell but OH WELL life goes on
