Why is everyone so quick to judge? Do we not all have issues? Gettym, Stealth, and others, bring up some potential discussion, try to help, and everyone lights their torches, calls them haters. Try to understand where they are coming from. It's not easy bringing up **** that possibly offends, yet could be productive.

Remember, Pads, all negative emotions come from fear. Try to find the fear and do something with it, or realize it's not worth it (99%) and let it slide. Just be aware.

His friend came over, he called me an idiot in s really nasty way and his friends laughed. I said nothing.

He continued to berate me I said nothing.

I said do you really believe that or are you just talking ****. He told me he promised me he believed it.

I offered very politely to bet, he said he would but he couldn't trust me so would need a vouch.

I said no problem, got money out my pocket and put it on the table and said ok booked?

Re stealthmunk: it's completely fine/sorted I've told him exactly how I felt and no bad blood moving forward. Like I told him it was 95/5 Harrington/stealthmunk. No bad feelings and in actually hoping you ship the 25k plo today.

Re manning up: I've played against almost every type of poker player, bad mouther etc and never ever felt bad. I'm not that kind of guy, in actually extremely confident and very able to stick up for myself so to feel as intimidated as I did here was because either 1) I was in a surrounding where I wasn't comfortable (first ever plo tournament) or 2) he was being way ott and way ool.

I think it's probably a mixture of both. If it was a no limit tourbamebt I think I may have acted a little differently just because Im more confident and able to stick up for myself easier in a playing way.

whateger though, for me it's now finished. I may post the videos if I can work out how to, but not worried about the whole thing anymore. Considering taking the rest of the time off before the main event, not sure yet.

Played the $1500 today and played a very controversial hand.


Xuan Lui is my good friends girlfriend but I don't think she knows who I am etc. She's on my table and I've been speaking to the guy on my direct right (she's on my direct left) for around 70 minutes, she then asks am I pads and we shake hands and introduce ourselves whilst the dealer shuffles. We are BVB and it folds round to me in the SB, the bb is 400 and she has around 6k, I barely cover.

I look down at KK. I know literally nothing about her game, never played with here, but know she's competent and that her bf is very good and they talk a lot of poker. I think I remember seeing her bluff somewhere, somehow but have no idea really.

I decide to limp, I think she's pretty aggressive from what I know and it was a spot where it looked like we were talking and I'd try to get in cheap. She checks pretty quickly (no thought at all about shoving)

Flop is 988, I bet 500 (one chip) she calls pretty quickly.

Turn is 9889, I check and she bets 1000 (one chip) and I tank and fold.

Maybe this is a really bad fold I'm not sure. I assumed she jams JT/QT hands pre or jams flop sometimes, or checks turn sometimes.

She definitely will jam all Ax pre so she's definitely not protecting.

So she can have bluffs, sure. She can have 67, t7, j7 that I don't block, the thing is though theres a read here that may be wrong, but I feel when somebody is going to potentially bluff a weak hand here they are way more inclined to go like 1175, 1100, 1300, 1250, 1325 kind of sizings rather than this 1000. She also may check some of those occasionally and she can have all the 9x/8x. I just really felt like I was beat and went with my initiative and folded.

I busted the very next hand open jamming 13bbs with AT and losing vs TT.

Seems fairly standard to me, one of the risks of limping big hands is having to get away from it on terrible boards and this seems like one of those spots.
