Up half a BI today. I enjoy playing (again) but I still don't really have any time...

Hand #1:
Villain was an unknown loose/passive fish. The strange thing is I always hesitate folding in such spots thinking he can have a worse TP. But it's only a small part of villain's range...

FLOP ($1.20) 5 6 2

Hero bets $0.86, BTN raises to $2.72, Hero folds

BTN wins $2.79

Hand #2:
Villain played 72/43 and min opened a lot. He had a very high postflop aggression. Had he bet bigger OTF/OTT I would have folded. I would have also bet on most rivers had he called OTT.

Hand 1 looks standard

Hand 2 Looks good. I dont hate calling either as i expect to be good fairly often with Ax here and not much better folds really. But yeah 22-33 are folding and some better Ax as well

Hand 1 : Standard

Hand 2: I would be folding pre here, oop just vs the villian it's a call but in a multiway pot, Axo lose lots of value here. Flop call is ok, think i'm just calling t, if villian is so LAGy he can all with pair, pockets, flush and staight draw.

Managed to play a few hands again: up a half BI.

Was this the worst line ever? Villain was a tight/passive reg (18/12, folds to steal: 9/10, 16% AFq). This flop either hits his range hard or he folds his smaller PP to a bet and I didn't want to get raised.

Played a short BE session. I was surprised there are quite a lot fish playing early afternoon (Central European Time).

Villain was a maniac but it was his first 3bet. He was quite aggro postflop too so my call pre seems rather bad...

@bebius AK: I make the turn bet bigger b/c a) villain won't call a third big bet w/ TT or similar and b) you can make a more comfortable river shove. River is though as villain can't have too many better hands (except QJdd or 88) but I doubt he donks that big w/ worse often enough. All in all it's a crying fold for me but you must know I may fold too often

I like a shove on h1, we almost always have ~50% and we gonna be in a bad spot if we float and turn bricks and he overbets again. There is always some FE for us otf as he can easily donk/fold his bad aces. I like h2.
    Quote
    07-28-2012 , 02:02 AM
Thx. I doubt we have any FE at all. I ended up shoving and he insta called w/ AJ (two pair). I had 40% equity and I turned a straight.

    Nice hit then
Wasn't that AJ the ultimate top of his range? Couldn't he donk other aces aswell? Anyway the odds were good and shove>>>call imo so np.

I don't really think so although he was basically unknown when this hand played out. Anyway I don't have much more equity against Ax either. I ended up shoving as I was afraid of him folding if I hit my flush and I thought he might have shoved OTT.

dnt like 3btting flop cos u can only ever 6x, very rare ull do it with 22/fd, id much rather call then c/r turn as ur range looks a lot stronger.

plus with 3betting teh flop, its the kind of i know that you know that i know scenario where its somewhat expected.
