Stopped at a 'point of interest' on US 40 in NE Utah, up near Jensen, at Blue Mountain.

One of the displays mentioned how it gets great lift for hanggliding.

Seems like it's not too far from your PC location.

Might be something to check out, if you don't know of it already.

Golddog - Pretty sure you are talking bout a place we call Dinosaur. I flew there back in the day. The site PUMPS but the turnaround is beyond brutal. We did this back b4 cell phones and retrieval made this place unfun.

Current max is 475 lbs.

Body weight is 203 lbs. I think within 2 months I'll get to 500+.

I have these two 25lb dumbbells that make me feel strong. My weight is 176 but I’m trying to get to 166 cause pool parties. Am I supposed to go to 35s from 25s? Trying to hit 50 by end of year

Big Weekend for our girl SPC

This weekend is spc's first big step into randonneering (100% self supported, so Skwid sits back with pompoms and watches dots on the computer). She now has multiple rides from 100-150 miles under her belt. Saturday is her first 200 mile+ ride. This is a the 400k ride (240 miles). It was initially spoda start saturday morning but with the record heat they decided to have the start at 6pm friday night and finish saturday before the heat of the day. She has a full 24 hours to finish but we anticipate her to go well under as she seems to improve as the distances get longer.

This is event is a stepping stone for the salt to saint race (largely a team race as its 420 miles) and a 300 mile gravel ride both of which will happen this fall. The salt to saint is gunna be solo but a supported event so I will b her crew chief. If any o u goofballs wana crew she is paying the going rate its sept 24-25 and its required to have at least 2 on the crew.

I assume this is 'bout tree fiddy, correct?

$500 for dinner. $1k for the full deal.

Miami - SPC is sumpin else when it comes to endurance. It's a lot of fun to watch but I got zero interest in doing it. Ultimate goal is the race across america as a soloist, which is exactly what it sounds like.

Dumbbells which had been vastly overpriced throughout covid finally went on sale on Prime Day. Ended up getting ~170lbs worth to round out my collection. Now I have no excuse for not working out.

In for the follow crew, road trip
