iPoker would do SOOOOOOOOO much better if their software was more like stars or fulltilts.
It's ugly as **** and feels very outdated. I guess the people in charge have other ideas...

For Chris / pebble, why wouldn't sites compete on rake under free market conditions? Why do all sites (afaik) charge the same rake instead of using it as a means of attracting customers? Is it just that the effects of rake are not understood by enough people and hence it fails as a marketing ploy (only attracting winning players who drain money from the site)?

Yeah most people don't choose a site based on that. The money that would be spent lowering rake can be much more profitably invested in advertising etc. Also for the volumes most casual players play it doesn't add up to much. The only people who care are the people who play heaps of hands, i.e. grinders.

I also remember somebody saying a few years back that the money sites make from investing peoples bankrolls makes the money they generate from rake pale in comparison, i wonder if its ipoker or the skin that holds your money.

what i meant was that its obvious that its terribad, so i wanted maybe links or whatever to some mass-email ppl have been sending them to encourage a change.

f ******ed bumhunters sitting at all the tables and not giving action to anyone, then if u try to take their table they just block yours, and the software lets them? gj!

Sometimes i feel the iPoker organization is like The Wizard, and none of the players ever gets to see him, but when you make a complaint to your skin there's either nothing they can do or they pass the buck because the offending player is usually on a different skin.
