Dunno what the problem *should* be. The skin can basically do whatever they want in regards to accounts, right? As long as it doesnt violate a network rule.
Maybe there is an official ipoker ruling for that, but basically the skins *could* still do whatever they want sicne Ipoker has to access to user data.

The 1 acc per person rule is for most users. Look at Full Tilt... Guy lali has prolly 16 accounts although full tilt wouldnt let me have that privileg.
What i wanna say is that i wouldnt have a problem with William Hill doing this since

a) one could play there
b) i dont care since its their business (they can do whatever they want) and if people dont like that, they´ll find out in their next rake-check.
c) on Ipoker in general u can change names anyway by switching skins
