I am sorry to hear you are having problems with TN2 these issues should not be happening

A) About table control

1) Are you playing on cash or tournaments?
2) Are you using Table under the mouse or Table in Foreground?
2) Are you using TN2 stack layout or your Poker client stack layout?
3) Make sure you have the latest version of TN2 2.2.133
4) If you can still reproduce please go to the actions tab > encountered a problem > assign a hotkey here
5) Reproduce the issue and as soon as it occurs click the problem hotkey and then send us your log Go to the setup tab in TN2 > click on send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

B) Preset bet

1) Again make sure you have the latest version
2) What site is this happening on?
3) Go to the setup tab > click on advance > click the debug tab

Go to preset bet tab and leave that open

I have installed the TN2 Pokerstars only version and which goddamn moron put a letter A for allin hotkey by default?

I have lost a stack by accident over this bull****, really tilted right now. Allin hotkey be default just with a single letter, really?

We're really sorry that you pressed A not knowing that it will put you allin. We have just removed this default for now - so in the future Allin+Click and Allin are empty by default.

I was just looking into your problem:
1. If you switch to Table In Foreground, everything should work like a charm
2. I believe what you are experiencing (when Table Under Mouse) - is that you move several tables into an STA slot, and those won't popup.

Please note:
1. At this time, if you have Table Under Mouse, tables in STA slots do not popup.
2. In the near future we want to implement multi-stack, and in that case, in all "stacks", the active table will popup.

Please let us know if Table In Foreground fixes your issue.

I have the same problem.
PS upgraded me to PS.eu and TN2 doesn't move table to foreground when i have multiple tables in stack under each other. I use the same setups as before and tables dont come in foreground.

My time always goes out and table only come foreground when i sat out.

I just activated my 30 day trial and have the following strange problem...

1st of all: I play on a laptop with an additional screen attached to it and told win7 that my monitor should be considered as my main screen.

If TN2 and stars.eu is running and I browse, for example, the MTT lobby. When I open any kind of MTT (just the lobby) my cursor jumps from where it is to the complete left (the left side of my Laptop screen). When I open the SNG filter and make changes the cursor jumps to the right of my attached monitor.

If TN2 does not run this those not happen so I blame TN2

For now if you use Table In foreground then this should pop tables up that are out of stack, we will have the issue with table under the mouse resolved as quickly as possible.

This does only appear when we go with "Activate table under mouse" so since we cant make a video of it we work around the problem.

Is there a way to auto register hyper turbos... the 6 max hyperturbo satellites to the sunday million, sunday storm with 500 chips and 3 minute blinds or is this not possible because it isn't an sng like those hyperturbo 500 chips and 2 minute blind levels?

Jo Noobis! Check HM2>settings. There you can use F9 to mark a hand where u are currently in or another hotkey to mark last hand..

So when i use tn1 to autoregister sngs its fine. However everytime i do that, you hear that beeping sound everytime it registers for an sng. Always beep everytime. Recently it did not do this at all but that one was a one time thing. Is there a way to have no beeping sound everytime TN registers you for an sng?

It has none on it. I think it always has none and i never changed it. I actually never saw that actually.

Also another question but is there a reason my HUD doesn't show the correct amount of BB for each player? For example when blinds are 100/200... say you have 1600 chips, BB should be 8. I have this on my 3rd line in my hud configuration and many times instead of 8, it has 10. This would apply for every single player so each persons M would be incorrect.


I think the M is then correct after 1-2 hands after that. I also have the Show amount of BB in Bold Red on the top left corner as well to make things simpler for me to see how much BB i have. So i would have 8BB in Big Red on the top left but for the hud... i would see 10 for me and everyones BB on the hud would be wrong.


Is there a reason for this? Is it because my tableninja1 needs to get updated to the current version or something? I know with Holdem manager every month i download the new update and then its fine. But TN1 i heard there isn't any updates anymore so is there a reason my BB for every player many times is incorrect? Many times i shove when my BB says 5BB when i found out i really have 7BB left.

I just recently finished my trial of TN and purchased a copy. However, when I go to activate the number I was given, I get an error message "Your computers clock is not set to the correct date. Please correct the clock setting and try again"

My computers clock is set to the correct date and this is only happening with TN. I tried disabling firewalls and that didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Please note that M display is calculated based on the previous hand and the same for the BB display
