It sounds like you had your slots setup on a monitor, did you unplug the monitor at any stage? If so then this can cause the issue you are getting, Also If the location of the second monitor changes, when you plug in a monitor windows will decide a virtual location for it like left + top for the first monitor
that is 0,0 etc so in this case you will need to go to hot keys > layout > edit > and setup the slots again.

When you are typing in skype are you hitting any hotkeys that you may have set to global hotkeys? For example if you have P set as a cycling hotkey and this is global it will bring focus to the table.

So, today didn't happened, but sometimes does. And no, I don't have any hotkeys assigned besides "All in" and "Cycle to first in line" on the side buttons of the mouse. Do I have to send the logs when the problem happens or can I send any time?

There is only one problem that still accurs. When I play for a while, TN2 hotkeys stop working. Preset bet sizes still work, but I just can't use the bet hot key, the fold hot key and the call hot key. When I restart TN2, everything works fine again.

In regards to the other issue this should definitely not be happening, Can you please tell us the following

1) When this happens are the tables still recognized, i.e do the tables still have the active table frame etc
2) When this happens if you go to the log tab, when the hotkey is pressed is it recorded in the log tab?
3) Are you running any other 3rd party software?
4) Finally when this happens again can you please record the time the issue occurred and send me the log files and I will investigate this asap

I cant minimize my **** pokerstars lobby, it keeps coming back. Thats the biggest BS ever. *super tilted*
It helps if I change from "table in foreground" to "table under mouse". Then it works on 2nd or 3rd try, but with TIF its impossible to minimize.

ALSO my tables steal my MOUSE when I am active in PS lobby. Its ok when I am in firefox or anything other but I cant use PS lobby because my mouse is going on an adnveture every few seconds.

if i have my tables tiled how do i make the mouse move on its own to the table that needs action

i have played around with the options but to no avail

sometimes the default bets appears in bet box sometimes it does not

also i like to 3 bet 2x original raise + 1bb,how to i achieve this in default bets

If you go to Hotkeys > Popup > I the target table Mode sectio > enable Table under the mouse, and disable after i act on a table go to first in line, this means when a table needs attention you can manually go to it rather than TN2 bringing you there, if you click on "click to see a video" it will explain how Popup works

In regards to the default bet what site is this on?

Hmm donno why, but haven't had the problem anymore (2 days now). Maybe the update solved something..?

The problem happened again, email with logs sent... It's the same problem that Wolfenzik has... The "steal mouse" happens when trying to use the pokerstars lobby and a table needs action. And also happens the "can't minimize lobby" bug since last release...

hmm, so I just updated to the newest stable version and am getting this
"Could not bet at ps.xxx (tablename/number). You moved away from the table"

The preset bets work sometimes on 1-2 tables but stop working after I sit more tables.

What could be causing this?

The issue where active tables are stealing focus from PS lobby we are aware of this and are working on a fix, the latest ticket on this issue is HM-7765 I will add your email to the ticket number so we can notify you when the issue is resolved.

In regards to the PS lobby not being minimized i will review your logs and email you back with results or if we need more information.

Okey so I tried rolling back to the version you provided in post #10641, but the problem was still occuring. And that version also had very slow responsiveness.

I also updated my net framework. Uninstalled TN2 and reinstalled, but it's happening. Basically works fine with 1-2 tables, but when I add more the preset bets stop filling and that error message also appears every now and then. It doesn't show every single time, but the preset bets stop filling.

It says I moved away from the table, when in fact I do not move away, and besides it's never happened before while I grind the exactly same way as I did before the upgrade.

I'm gonna try TN1 from the links you provided in post 10607 and see if that works better.

Edit: I also upgraded to the newest HEM2 at the same time I upgraded TN2 if that makes any difference.

I want to play $15 and $8 180 player sng. Can you tell me how i would do this? I set the filter to 180 but when i click start... it shows 2 player for min and max.

If it is can you please try having them as keys example K to see if this fixes the issue.

You should have to filters,

1) $15, 4 for max per cycle and 60 seconds
2) $8, 4 for max per cycle and 60 seconds

For each filter you need to test and save the filter it should not reset, then TN will register you into 4 15$ games and 4 $8 games. If this is not working for you then lets do a tv session Please let us know when you are available in GMT time. Please remember that we schedule a couple days in advance and need to fit into our schedules. So give us a few days' range of times and notice.

I've decided I'm going to stick with TN1. As the old saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I tried getting TN2 set up, with emails, forum posts, and trial and error. I'm not the brightest kid out there, but I didn't anticipate this much frustration and bull**** with upgrading. I think I'm just going to wait for TN2 to become a little bit more user friendly.
