Just got Table ninja 2 and its not working just doesnt seem to find my table even though its says TN is on and hotkeys are are active it all seems to complicated TN1 was so much better and easier to use i dont see why you would bring TN2 out which clearly has to many probs can i still get TN1? or help please also its not finding my HHs anywhere????

Hey, I installed table ninja 2 around 3 days ago and now I'm getting this . . .

Cycling still doesn't work properly as mentioned, also I'm having to use a old version .97 as the preset betsizing is all over the place. Sometimes its 2x, as it should be, others like 3.2x/3.5x or other random #s.
Have you got a list of all the versions so I can just install the one before the latest 'stable' update.
Installing a new version then uninstalling before a session is a complete waste of my time, I've had to do it at least 5 times now since tn2 came out, and it wasn't that big a deal when it was beta but now I'm paying the subscription fee I expect it to work properly.

This should not be happening, Have you got Popup table when user action is required disabled in PS? Options > Advanced multitable - > "Popup table whenever user action is required"

Are you using Stack, tile, Custom etc in TN2 or are you using PS tile, stack etc

I am sorry to hear you are having problems, In regards to the lagging this should not be happening since we have done some performance tweaks in the latest versions. Please make sure you have the latest version go to the update tab > get the latest version.

If the lag continues please let us know, Also describe the lag you are getting and we can get this resolved as quickly as possible. We will also need the log files, so please reproduce the issue then go to the setup tab > send logs to TN2, when you do this attach it to the email, It is also important that inform us of the time the issue occurred.

When you say the frames aren't working have you assigined colors for them, To do this go to Hotkeys > table control > Table frame colors

For the display what site is this happening on? At the moment the BB+M display only works on PS

In regards to the preset bets can you reproduce and do the following

Go to the setup tab > click on the debug tab

Go to preset bet tab and leave that open

Is the preset bets wrong on all streets or just preflop?

Just trial-switched from TN1 to TN2 yesterday mainly because I want to have a hotkey utility on FTP too. I have copied all the settings from TN1 but have encountered the following problems:

1. Using the mouse wheel on Stars mostly (but strangely enough not always) changes my bet amount by 2x SB (ie. 1x BB) even though I have set it to 1x SB.

2. Using the mouse wheel on Stars strangely also rounds my bet amounts, even though I have "no rounding" set.

3. I have set a hotkey to join waitlist, but it does not work (tried different hotkeys, none works).

Needless to say I never had these problems with TN1. Could you please help?

1) I have tried to reproduce your issue and have being unable to, For us to get more information as to what is causing this can i please ask you to send us your log file please go to setup > send logs to table ninja.

This will then create a zipped file, which will also contain your config settings, I can import your config settings and see if i can reproduce using that. When sending this information can you also please Inform us of the time the issue occurred.


2) I have being able to reproduce this and i think this is due to the recent changes we made with the way hotkeys work, I have notified the developer on this and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

Also, in an effort to find a workaround I loaded an AHK script someone recommended in the STTF forum to register SNGs. It's a common one that I used to use. I ran it alonside TN1 and it caused problems cycling through tables. Now I've stopped using it and uninstalled it, but the cycling problem remains with TN1. I don't know how that's possible, but the "bring active table to front" hotkey doesn't work anymore. Any suggestions?

I have received the logs and i will investigate them and send them to the developers

I am afraid that TN1 is no longer available for purchase.

Why would you do this people?

By continuing TN1 support to existing customers you acknowledge that TN2 is an inferior product, yet you want to force any new customers to have a miserable experience using TN2.. Why not offer TN1 on a subscription model to new users or allow new users to trade in the cost of a TN1 licence towards a TN2 subscription once TN1 support ends?

Getting people to unwittingly act as betatesters for an underdeveloped product is what got you a lot of the negative feedback on TN2 in the first instance, but you want more?

You can change this to a global hotkey by doing the following,

Go to the setup tab > click on advanced: Edit settings

A new window will open

In the setting section write the following

default.join_waitinglist.is_global

In the Value section type

1

Click set and restart table Ninja

When it restarts this key will now work as a global hotkey and you should now be able to Join a waiting list
