tried to play a session of FTP/Stars, which is only the worlds #1 and #2 site so no reason things should work well.
tried having no preset bets, tried using preset bets and either way FTP is totally ****ed with the bet box. it will just put random amounts. preflop it mostly goes to min (which is what i want) but will dance around and if i click the all-in key it will go to all-in and then back to some random number and i have to click all-in again. postflop it is supposed to go to 50% and it will do some amount much smaller than that.
oh, and multiple times i have had both FTP and stars lock up only to instantly be usable again as soon as i force close TN2 (which also freezes up, coincidentally)
I also have to constantly click buttons for them to work a lot of the time.
most bug filled useless piece of software on the market..... well, maybe after HM2.

Not using any table mods (a TB deck that is TN approved). Have double and triple checked my setup and i've done everything right in TN and settings.

Windows 7, Aero on, 8gig ram, SSD, only programs running are HM1/TN2/FTP/PS.

Gonna go ahead and cancel my free trial period before I get charged and buy the first piece of decent software I find since you guys can't seem to get anything right.

We're sorry you're having trouble with TN2 and we will be more than happy to work with you in getting the issues resolved as quickly as possible:

1. Do you have the latest version (2.2.30+)? We're now working on making TN2 as fast as possible, and of course we'd love your feedback!

2. FT has always been problematic, it cannot scrape the pot like for PokerStars, we need to simulate a Ctrl-A/Ctrl-C. In our tests it works ok, we'd like to know what your configuration is, to see if we can improve it.

3. Preset bets preflop have been pretty problematic - since we need to guess the number of limpers from the pot - and this is not 100% accurate. Please note that improving preset bets preflop is quite high-priority for us - it will be the next thing to work on after the CPU improvements.

4. We haven't heard of that crash before - how often does it happen? We'd love to see TN2's logs if you would be willing to send them to us

Go to the settings tab in TN2 > click on send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

Email support@tableninja.com, maybe that could help us narrow down the issue.

If we are unable to resolve the issues via email i would be more than happy to set up a team viewer session with you to help get the issues resolved.

I want to bet:

when ante - 2 + 1
bb >= 40 - 2,25 + 1
bb < 40 - 2.5 + 0.75

but when there is ante the bet is the always configuration. what I'm doing wrong? what I have to do?

Can you confirm if this is for Pokerstars?

If so This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and sent to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-7352.

If this does not happen on PS can you please do the following

Go to the setup tab > click on the debug tab

Go to preset bet tab and leave that open

Has the "temporary" issue of needing UAC to be disabled been resolved yet? I'm not prepared to run anything on my PC with UAC disabled.

If you email sales@holdemmanager.com they will look after this for you.

You can Enable UAC if you wish, But in case you experience lag and/or problems with setting of bets we do recommend you turn it off.

TN2 keeps shrinking my tables down each time a new table opens, how do I stop this from happening?

Also there is too much lag with pokerstars to play more than a few tables at a time, ftp seems to respond well though

Do you mean re-sizing them? If so go to the change layout section in table control > edit > edit again > re-size the table to what ever size you want then click save

16 days since I sent these and I've heard nothing. I just got a new computer this week and i have the same problem. I can't be the only one experiencing this. Please help solve this problem asap. The problem is that SNG Sensei is registering for tourneys too slowly (1 every few seconds.)

Your file was sent to the developers and will be dealt with in the order they were received, I will talk with the developer again and see if we can get it fixed sooner.

I have the same problem since last update.
Sensei is running but after a while i have to register a couple of tables more manually, 1 sec in TN is 5 secs in real.
I am not surprised of this, coz after every TN update something goes wrong.

* Toggle Hotkeys - it now toggles global hotkeys as well
Now we have 3 possible icons in the tray bar:
-green: "All Hotkeys are working"
-half green, half red: "Only Global Hotkeys are working"
-red: "None of the Hotkeys are working";
Note: you can always go to the icon on the traybar, and infer the above information from the tooltip
* fix: frames were coming up as white after upgrade
* New Feature: easier to edit table layouts with "Auto Preview":
1. Manually change your layout (to Tile, Stack, etc)
2. You'll be shown where the slots for the given layout are
3. You can tweak this as you wish - you can move the slot, then click "Save (and close)"
4. This will then apply the given layout from now on
* performance stats: dump number of open tables as well
* more information logged in case of scraping-the-table error
* fix: in TIF mode sometimes cycle forward/backward did not work correctly

I was referring to the bet increment/decrement you can increase the bet slider by X sb or X bb using hotkeys or mouse scroll wheel. this is in the pot betting tab.

yeah should have wrote more clearly. so it is not possible with TN1 or TN2 to click those buttons (2.2bb 3bb Max)?

You can use the bet increment/decrement to bet 2.5bb or 3.5bb then when betting just use the hotkeys.

If you are asking if we have hotkeys that will press the buttons then no.

The entire programming of the cycling table and popup table when required for TN2 need to be completely re-designed. I just again gave my monthly tryout of TN2 and still having HUGE issues with it and I consider it the most important thing TN2 needs to be working right. Sometimes the mouse does not go right to the table, cycle to first in line often does not work when I am surfing the web, I press the bet button and TN2 goes to an unrelated table and bets there and loses me money, etc. You guys need to scrap TN2 having its own "popup table when required" feature. The pokerstars version of this feature actually works properly but if I turn it on in stars and turn it off in TN2 everything lags like crazy. None of these problems existed in TN1 and if possible you guys should immediately switch to the TN1 way of doing these tasks (this is much more important than figuring out playing on multiple sites right now) or nobody is ever going to pay you for your software.
