Hi, I'm using TN1. Within the "pot betting" tab, under default bets, preflop I have it set at at 4 bbs plus 1 bb for each limper.
Right now I'm playing cash tables with and without antes, and it's considering the antes as limpers, per example in a standar NL10 fullring table, the default bet in a hand folded to me is 0,40$ , but in a deep table with antes (0,18$) , the default bet is 0,68$ .
Is there a way for TN to make the default bet 0,40$ in both types of tables?

denise, i'm really sorry for you, it must be tough having to deal with so many complains, but i'm sure you know most of them are legit. i actually don't have interest in solving the issues i had with tn2, as i have absolutely no plans of purchasing it, especially under this subscription model, which is the biggest problem by a long margin. i'll keep using tn1 while it works and then i'll switch to ahk scripts.

i was using table ninja pro 2.1.38.0 trial, fwiw.

any idea when this might be?

Go to the setup tab > click on the debug tab

Go to preset bet tab and leave that open

The blinking issue you have reported has already being resolved and the version you are running is an older version there has being 40+ updates since.

There has also being a dramatic fall in bugs being reported and and also we have made Hugh progress on issues that have being reported over the last few weeks you can also view this forum thread to see the amount of updates that have being released and fixes that were made http://forums.holdemmanager.com/tabl...-2-23-0-a.html so as you can see we are getting out updates regularly.

I will say that some issues being reported are hard to reproduce and this is mostly caused by different config settings, 3rd party software etc we have noticed that a lot of issues being reported by some users are due to user error and because of this we are working hard on implementing solutions so that when the user comes across these errors again they will know what to do to fix it. Hopefully this will make it more user friendly and intuitive.

You just don't get it, after the massive flop that was the release people don't want to beta test this again even if there is a massive drop in bugs, your word is no longer good, this is a tarnished brand at this point and nothing short of showing the public that you guys are humbled will help, trying to force Tn2 on people is not that. The only way at this point people try Tn2 again is well if you keep doing what you're doing and force it on them, good luck with that working out

Within the setup tab, I don't see any debug tab, I only see the following options: table layout, pokerstars theme, main hand history folder, pokerstars settings folder and language. I'm not sure of what do you want me to do

This is for TN2, For TN1 please send a screenshot of the table showing the error and a screenshot of your preset bets setup to support@tableninja.com along with the following

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

just noticed this is not caused by tableninja. it happened again today while tn2 wasn't running. hitting ctrl-alt-del and opening the task manager without actually doing anything else seems to have solved the problem, as strange as it sounds.

so you say it does this without you clicking a hotkey? can you send us your logs from the latest version you have now.


Go to the settings tab in TN2 > click on send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

Email support@tableninja.com note the time the issue occurred also

anyone else have the problem that tables don't pop up, or give an indication, when you're waiting for hu action? Usually when Im playing 6 max while waiting

I just formatted my pc and wanted to download TableNinja 1 as I still have the license. But there seems to be no place to download it anymore? All I could find is TableNinja 2 downloads.

Where can I download TN 1?

What version are you using? What layout are you using? Are you manually clicking tables or are you using the hotkeys? Also are you using Table under the mouse or Table in foreground?

Please make sure you have Popup table deactivated in your Poker client.

I used HM and TN on my pc and it worked fine. However, I have a macbook right now and I therefor installed PT4. I really miss TN tho, escpecially with the option of automatically clicking you back when you sit out. What is the program to go with on a macbook?

We Currently don't support Mac and i doubt it will be something that will be done for TN1 however, We may create a Mac version for TN2 in the future but we haven't announced any plans to at this time and its not currently in development

I'm aware of the fact that there isn't a Mac version of TN. I'm hoping that there is something around for Mac tho

i was signed up to be notified when 4 major bugs were fixed and I havent heard anything so either you guys failed to notify me or the bugs havent been fixed yet..
