You know Denise I wasn't holding you at fault for any of this as you were doing your job but I've clearly read through this entire thread and responded multiple times, as such your response is just insulting.

You guys are offering a downgraded program that you couldn't pay me $10 per hour to use at it stands, it's better that rather then being stubborn on the specifics of the program you go back to the drawing board before you lose everyone. People still regard HM1 as a better program then HM2, why are you guys making the same mistake again?

This, please just charge $5 to stay with TN1, Im competent with computers / not a ****** and TN2 3 months ago looked like a complete nightmare. Not to rehash what others would said but I'm not that thrilled about monthly / subscription service for something that struggles to function / has numerous bugs.

You like money, I like your original product, please make something like this happen and keep TN1 functioning

maybe it's been said before but since we have to pay a monthly fee for TN2 anyway, and TN1 support will stop at some time, isn't it better for everyone if they just make TN1 a monthly fee and they develop/upgrade/improve TN1 and drop the whole TN2 idea?
Basically this is failing their T&C since we bought a 'lifetime' sub for TN1, but the way things are going with TN2 this seems a much better solution, just to keep TN1 alive.

Trying out TN2 atm, I can't seem to turn off all the preset bets on FTP(Rush), even with all the preset bets removed, it always clicks whatever the middle custom bet button is set to on FTP, it happens preflop and post flop.

Anyone got any ideas? Thx.

The reason you see the bet box containing the current pot is because this is how we compute the pot for Full Tilt (by clicking "Pot"button, and then simulating a ctrl-a and then ctrl-c on the bet box).
We do this as early as possible and then cache the result - so for instance if you press a hotkey that bets 60% of pot but then you change your mind and bet 80% of the pot, we'll use the bet we computed the first time (instead of re-clicking the Pot button and so on).
Having said that, you're right - we should not do this if you don't really need it (for instance if you don't use default bets or any betting that is pot related). We're working on a fix - should be there in a few days.

Auto time bank works for me in stack and cascade layout plus overlapp however it will not work if the auto time bank is covered by your HUD etc. If the problem persists please send the logs to support@tableninja.com

Can new customers still try TN1 ?

I have some questions that I can't seem to figure out with the system. I want to use it for the SNG system.

1) I have put in the name of the SNG's I want to play in the "search name" box (Sunday Storm Sat, 2 seats.) Yet it is registering me for the Big $11 sats as well. Can I change this?

2) I have put it for 4 concurrent SNG's at a time, however it seems to be only registering me for 3 for some reason (I also have the max per cycle at 4 if this makes a difference)

3) I have it set for 4 and would like it so that each table is spread equally in size across my screen, however the normal sized SNG table cannot fit 2 SNG's length wise and usually I reduce it with CTRL 9 on Stars so that it can fit. However TN is making it so that I can no longer do this and as a consequence when I open more than 2 SNG's it will automatically put one of my tables directly behind another one. Is there a way that I can open the tables so that they are smaller in order to fit 4 on my screen?

4) I want to be able to register for an identical SNG when I bust out of another automatically. Can I do this somehow?

TN1 is great. TN2 is buggy and completely sucks and we should be paid to use it, not the other way around!

I too would be happy to ship a buck or two a month to maintain TN1.
