didnt fix it for me, still doesnt work with pokerstars.it

Well it was working fine yesterday but today it happened again, i have it configured like you said. any help please?

Hi, can you please help me,

I was logging in to PokerStars.EE. There was an update to it. Don't know how old this update was because I haven't been logging in for couple of days.
Now I can't test my SnG filters anymore and start the Sit-n-Go Sensei therefore for my grinding.
When pressing the button "Test" the TableNinja says: "Select Sit-n-Go in the main lobby" although the Sit-n-Go lobby has been opened. It says the same if I'm trying to save it again and whatever lobby theme I'm using.

Using TableNinja full version 1.2.120.0 and PokerStars.EE.

I'm able to reproduce this with all lobby themes. It looks like .ee and .it have updated and the Sensei isn't compatible with the new lobby. We are working on a fix for .it and will release it as soon as possible. I'll add .ee to the list as well.

If your currently playing .ee or .it and are having trouble with the Sensei rolling Stars back to the previous version should temporarily solve the problem.

To revert PokerStars go to your stars install directory and open the "backup folder. By default this is in "C:\Program Files\Pokerstars\backup". Not everyone will have a backup directory, but if it exists you can revert to the previous version of Pokerstars until we release an update to TableNinja. Copy the files from the backup directory into the C:\Program Files\Pokerstars directory and then run the Pokerstars.exe directly from your PokerStars install directory (DO NOT USE YOUR DESKTOP SHORTCUT). This will allow you to temporarily run the old version of Stars.

Bet size amount going into box is wrong.

I have latest update of stars, new font option is not enabled, running windows 7, classic theme no images, "Pot" box at top is not obscured, nor center of table, playing on .com I guess. I'm playing 25nl FR-non zoom with PT hud running.

Anything I should check on and try adjusting?

I'm unable to reproduce any problems on the no images theme. Do you have your theme set to no images or classic in TableNinja>Setup? If your theme settings are correct please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

I have ninja setup for "no images"(same as stars) but at the time I was playing stacked while ninja is set for tiled. Would that make a difference?

If not, I will email files.

'Save Last Hand History' hotkey is not working for me.

Directories are correct, HH files are present in the Stars folder. When I press hotkey, nothing happens. No file has ever been created in TableNinja folder.

Setting TN for stacked/tiled shouldn't make a difference unless your using XP. If so try setting TN for tiled and then make sure to stack/tile without overlap.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Try going to TableNinja>Setup and make sure your PokerStars settings folder and main HH folder are set correctly. If you have a number in your username you may need to set the folder manually. Let me know if this doesn't seem to help.

I have problem with TN. It wants to update everytime I start it. And when update is finished and TN start again, it wants update once again and so on. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall but it didn't help.

today tableninja had an update (seems to update the software to 1.2.121 ) after what the software runs automatically and triggering a new update and so on and on..
can't get the software running
uninstalled the software, then installed 1.2.120 but it automatically updated it to the 1.2.121 and the same happens. What to do? Wait for the new fixed update I guess?

I have a problem with my Table Ninja software.

Everytime i open it tells me i need to update so i do, after that it send me to repair or remove the program, i repair it then reload TN and the message pops up. Cant open no matter what.

We just attempted to release a new update. Something went wrong in the process causing this problem. It should be fixed now. Try running TableNinja again. We are working through the problem and will release the update as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey guys,

We've fixed a problem with the Sensei caused by the addition of zoom poker for several regional clients. If you have been running an old version of Stars while waiting for the fix make sure to update Stars to the latest version. We've also added support for Stars' new larger fonts for all supported themes as well as a few other new features and fixes.

Try uninstalling the copy you have and install the version available here:

It doesn't help. I set the folders to every possible combination, tried 5 different hotkey combos. Nothing happens when I press it, its as if the feature doesn't exist.

Do you have Stars set to save HH files? You can find it in PokerStars>Options>Instant Hand History Options. Make sure "Save My Hand History" is enabled.
