if it helps, i've just realised that it only seems to happen on tables of satellite mtts, not "normal" cash mtts or sng mtts

btw, the satellites are still cash buyins

and obviously once antes are in, the stars software auto timebanks for you, so i think it only happens pre-ante in satty mtts

maybe it also happens in fpp satties too, but i haven't played them

Are these satellites leading to WCOOP events? I've had a report of other problems with these games. I'll let the developers know and see what can be done.

i have played a few wcoop satties, but mainly i play cash freezeout satties to the Big and Hot tourneys, plus the ones they run all week to the saturday eliminator and speedway, and i think it is usually happening on some of those

i'll keep an eye out, and if it crops up again i'll make a note if it's a wcoop table, or what it's for if it's not wcoop

or actually, if i get the chance and i remember, i might deliberately not act in time on a hand i would fold anyway, and i'll see what happens

but then, i play with a single stack filling my whole screen, and maybe this problem only happens when the table is in the background, not the foreground and i won't be able to recreate it..... anyway, i'll let you know

Sensei wont auto reg me for anything, everything seems fine and sensei just wont make any attempt to reg.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Are you playing on Stars.com or one of the regional clients? Is the program throwing an error or crashing? Try going to PokerStars>Help>Open my settings folder. Make sure the path listed matches whats shown in TableNinja>Setup.

sorry for my english but tableninja can not recognize the buttons of logitech mx mouse. it only recognizes the right button. please help

Have you installed the Logitech SetPoint software? Have you disable UAC according to the following instructions?

If none of this works try setting the buttons to keyboard keys in SetPoint. Then use those keys in TableNinja. Let me know if none of this seems to help.

Apologies if this has been answered in this thread already, but every time I test in SNG opener it resets my filter to min buyin 0 max buyin 0.

How can I fix this?

NP ... unfortunately this is caused by some inconsistent behavior in the Stars SnG filter. The only fix is to reset and save your filter again. Once you have a working filter saved the problem shouldn't return. Sorry for the hassle.

Updated today, failed and said I should email you guys. How do I fix it so I can grind ?

I'm thinking of upgrading from HEM to HEM2. But I heard tableninja can't auto refresh the info tab on pokerstars with HEM2 running? Has this been fixed yet?

wat info tab is refreshed on its own for like few months already, ps changed it

The auto switch to info tab feature is working. What your probably thinking of is the conflict between the info tab option and HM2's street by street HUD. The street by street HUD rely's on the chat tab. Unfortunately there isn't a way to look at both tabs at the same time. The regular HUD will work fine with all of TableNinja's features.

Hi. Could a future program to see the odds at the tables?

Could put different betting different positions?

Just had to update TN and yet again it isnt working.
Why does this happen everytime i update it cant it be made to not auto update till we know that everything works?

I haven't had any other reports of problems with the update yet. Please describe whats happening and I'll do what I can to fix it.

Sng sensei not working
its saying select sng tab even when im on it

I'm unable to reproduce this. Are you playing on Stars.com or one of the regional clients? If your on one of the regional clients try switching to the standard black lobby theme instead of the region specific lobby theme.

If that doesn't seem to help please go to TableNinja>Help and enable Verbose Output. Click the test button a few times in the Sensei to trigger the error. Then send a copy of that days log file to support@alxsoftware.com. You can find the log file in C:/Program Files/TableNinja. I should be able to get some more info from that.

Sorry if this has been asked too many times here already, but:

Is there a trick for using same keys with TN-Stars and TN-PartyPoker (running same time)?

And if not, will there ever be possibility to buy TN that works on both sites with same keys (again, running same time)?
