Hey guys,

We've released a fix for the Sensei resulting from a change to the .ee and .eu client. We've rebuilt the installer to prevent problems with updates. We've also fixed a problem with the "Never Sit Out" feature for cash games and tournaments.

I've just updated, it's wiped my settings

I'm able to reproduce this and we are working on a fix.



I'm unable to reproduce this. The new installer works slightly differently than it used to. Did you install TableNinja to the default folder? Did you choose to install for "just me" or "everyone"?

after updating (installed for everyone) it created a new icon for table ninja, this one all the settings are wiped, on the other one ask me if i want to update.

I selected "just for me", didn't change any other settings. It then ran the set-up wizard - "choose language" etc.

I'm having trouble reproducing this. Was your original installation in the default folder or did you install TableNinja somewhere else? Did you select the same folder when you installed the update? If not your config file may be somewhere else and TableNinja has created a blank one for you.

Ok, the default location was different, I think, so it created a fresh install. Unfortunately, I saved my August settings back-ups over the latest ones before I realised this!

Edit: Just seen your post. Unlikely I've ever chose to install anywhere other than the default folder, has it always been ALXSoftware?

Same here.

The original installers default folder was C:/Program Files/TableNinja. The installer is now defaulting to C:/Program Files/ALXSoftware. We have changed the back to the original folder. Anyone already affected should be able to remove/re-install TableNinja from a fresh download to solve the problem.

nothing works for me. gives errors, wrong bettings and auto popups dont get handled..

I'm unable to reproduce this. Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftaware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

yes, it is, can the problem be that i am not using the admin account in my pc ,instead i am running table ninja in a std account (windows 7)

After todays Update TN SnG Opener cant detected SNG lobby ... so autoregister doesnt work. Fix plz.

TableNinja will work for any of the regional clients but you are only able to used it for one at a time.



We've released an update that should have fixed this problem. Make sure you close/re-open TableNinja to trigger the auto update process.

I did not have any such issues...until the last update.. for a commercial software you guys got to do better than this.

if I wasn't clear enough.. tn does not detect sng lobby..so, auto-registration does not work !

Are you using the classic lobby theme? If so try switching to the black theme. Support for the classic lobby has been temporarily suspended due to the differences between the regional clients.

I resolved my problem by closing the program when asked to reconfigure,deleting the new shortcut placed by the update, and starting the program from the original shortcut.

there are certain parts of tableninja i like and certain parts of the pokerstars hotkeys i like. is it possible to use hotkeys from each of these? for instance if i use the pokerstars fold hotkey would that mess with the tablecycling of tableninja?

Let me use classic theme plz, makes me feel old school
