It sounds like there is probably an internet outage somewhere between you and our servers. This can happen on rare occasions (me and most people in my town where unable to use google for a day or so earlier this year). If the problem doesn't fix itself in 24 hours then its possible that you have some kind of firewall issue and that your firewall is blocking TableNinja for some reason, but my guess is that the problem is an internet outage and that it will go away on its own within a day.

This started two days ago so its been more than 24 hours =(

Did you update any firewall program you might be running recently, or did you update TableNinja recently?

If you updated TableNinja it might have been taking off the exclusions list of your firewall. Honestly, I cannot guess what is preventing you from viewing tableninja.com in a browser.

Is it at all possible to get the auto bet sizing to adjust by position? eg like 3x on button 4x in EP? Thanks

One more thing is it possible to get tableninja to auto close tables it missed at seat at when trying to auto sit eg you get the message this seat is occupied could tableninja then close that table immdeiately. That would help a lot opening tables. Cheers

well I have problem, when I whant to pute some note about player, I can't write normal because I use some letters for hotkeys, how you fix that problem?

The lag is gone but TN did stop working entirely once during my session.

I had that net framewok error to. TN closed after start up and I had to restart it. Thanks for the update

Currently there is no way to specify default bet sizes based on position. This would be a nice feature though. I forget exactly how TableNinja reacts when the seat is occupied, but I think closing the table when it happens should be an option we can add in the future.

Glad to hear that excluding TN from security essentials fixed the lag. Was this crash with 1.2.1.0?

Yeah that .NET error was a problem that came up due to some of the new stuff in version 1.2.0.0 but it should be 100% fixed now with the new update.

Could you please email your TNLog file from the session where the crash occurred to support@alxsoftware.com so that I can investigate this further? I have not heard of any other reports of TN crashing (except for the .NET error in version 1.2.0.0) so I want to make sure and figure out what caused this.

Wow, great update, really loving the new On-Screen Display, it works absolutely perfect and it was just the feature I was wishing Table Ninja had. I really appreciate how you keep updating an already great, well worth the price program, to an even better product. Thanks again, i'll recommend this to anyone who I know that plays on Stars.

sweet the auto close feature would be awesome, great to know you guys listen to this stuff, keep it up love the software

feature suggestion on the "auto open table", "auto ignore table" feature: 2 thresholds: the first for automatically opening the table (e.g. 6 tables) the second threshold (e.g. 12 tables) for automatically ignoring new tables.

This ought to be doable, what exactly is the problem you are trying to solve with this? I just want to make sure we understand the exact case you want to use it in.

Just to be clear, are you running OneCare or Security essentials?

We still are getting reports of people whose mouse hotkeys switch off mid session some times (and we are working hard on this issue), but this is the first case of mouse hotkeys totally not working at all that I've heard of since the fix in version 1.2.1.0 so this is a little worrying.

Is it possible to get a Frame color for when I can make an Advanced Action? Also, how about being able to make the Target Frame Color actionless, so no matter where my mouse cursor is the table frame color doesn't change.

And can you tell me what the Default Bet Set Frame Color is for, there is no description in your documentation.

And just to let chilin_dude know my mouse hotkeys are working fine with windows 7 64bit. Maybe it's due to some mods you have.

Can't imagine life without Ninja now, so first I'd like to say thanks for such superb software.

So, I DL'ed Ninja 1.2, and I the new BB display; then someone suggested colour coding for different stack sizes and this mockup was done...

so this obviously needs to happen asap Pretty please. With a cherry on top.

Also, someone already requested if something similar could be done for the Harrington M values. I guess they would also want the sliding colour scale.

I play DONs, and so I would like to be able to see my current position out of the remaining players. I already have TN autorefreshing the info tab, where it displays "Your current position is x out of y". Obviously when I'm 1/6 when top five cash then I don't need to worry about stealing, but if I'm 6/6 then I know I probably need to get shoving.

Could it be done so that TN picks up x and y from the tab and converts them into an on screen display option x/y. Again, I'd like to be able to choose colours for x and y.

If I could choose then I would like to have both ## BB and x/y, although if I could choose only one then I would go for my position instead of my stack. Even if this saved only a few fractions of a second on each table instead of looking down to the info tab, this would become a massive time saving when 25tabling. And I'm sure there are people who play way more tables than I do.

Also, while I mention the info tab, can it be changed so that it refreshes more. Sometimes I think I'm, like, 4 of 6, so I fold, then it updates a fraction of a second later to say I'm actually 6 of 6 and I've missed a great spot to shove when I thought I didn't need to. As I said, these fractions of a second are crucial when playing so many tables. Can something be done about that?
