When I was playing a session of SNGs earlier, the cycle to first in line (think thats what its called) option wouldnt work for me. There was one particular table that just woudnt get outta my way. Even when focus was on a different table, I had to actually drag this table out of my way to see the SNG which required action.

Hopefully the above makes sense. Hopefully it was also only a one time thing as it pissed me right off at the time as it meant that I timed out on a lot of tables when I was trying to figure out wtf was happening.

For some reason, it only happened for about 5/6 minutes before normal service was resumed so it doesnt seem to be an ongoing problem. This is also the first time its happened.

can you add a feature that somewhere it displays how many tables are open. If you can have some type of counter somewhere on my screen or even on the software it self that would be great

Like I said man, this definitely occurs when that option is not ticked. The tables load wherever I last busted...

Are you on XP or do you have desktop composition turned off? If so was there something obstructing your tables? Had any of your windows settings changed? Is it possible that Windows dropped you into a low performance theme temporarily?

This is high on our list

TableNinja literally has no way to control where a table is opened, and furthermore, the only cases where it ever moves a table on when an STA hotkey is pressed so I honestly don't think its possible that TN could be causing your tables to open where they busted.

Can you verify that this doesn't happen with TN is off?

I have an odd issue with TN for PokerStars that I have a feeling there is an easy fix for that I am missing.



My hotkey for move to next table is my mouse rightclick. I keep my tables stacked. This works fine in all cases EXCEPT when my only option on a pending table is call or fold (basically when someone has shoved and all I can do is call or fold). In these situations right clicking does NOT bring these tables to the front, and if I don't realize it I will time out on huge pots. If my only option is call or fold I can right click all day long and that table will never come to the front.



Right now I only 12 table so I can usually keep track of larger pots and keep an eye on them manually to avoid any issues, but this problem is what is keeping me from 24 tabling, as the problem would be very costly.

I'm running XP. None of my Windows settings have been changed to my knowledge.

The desktop composition turned on or off part is above my head im afraid.

Are you stacking/cascading/overlapping your tables on a non-Aero Windows theme? If so, TableNinja can only detect if it is your turn when the slider bar appears which it will not in the cases where you can only call. If you are in Win7 or Vista switching into an Aero theme (the default windows theme for example) will fix the problem.

When i try to use table ninja to open my tournements automatically nothing happens, i press start and it just flashes for a second and then.... nothing, ive watched the video on the site an seem to have followed everything correctly and it did work for me when i had the trial version but not now i have the full version? anyone know what im doing wrong???

Do you have TableNinja set to run as administrator? To do so right click the programs shortcut and choose properties. Click the compatibility tab and check the box marked "Run as administrator". If this is done already please make a new thread at http://tnforums.tableninja.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2 or PM me. I'll setup a time to go over the problem with you.

I'm afraid I don't know what an aero theme is. I am running XP with the "Windows classic" theme. Is this aero? I kind of assume so.



If this is the case I will soon follow the link and do as advised.

Windows XP does not support Aero based themes unfortunately. Aero was created for Windows Vista and is available on Windows 7 by default also. Please follow the link or PM me and I'll do what I can to to eliminate any config errors.

Can I ask how you know if you have the aero theme? How do i check or change it?

The simplest test is visual. If you can't see through your taskbar you don't have Windows Aero, or you don't have it enabled fully. Most versions of Vista and all versions of Win 7 come preloaded with Aero themes. You can find more information here:

Is it maybe possible to add something to the sng-sensei?
Right now it has current number in each column and the statistics ofr currently registered and total registered. is it posibble to add total reigstered statistics to every active column? made this picture to show what I mean

I have this problem when shortstacks shove i either run my time down some because the table keeps going behind other tables or i miss click 5 times. I have aero theme so not sure why it's still doing it.

Blah, starting to get really frustrated.... I have handle BB annoyances on and I will randomly post my BB when I sit; I can't recreate it at will, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I'm not sure I follow. Are you using a custom theme? The "Handle BB annoyances feature doesn't support posting early however. If you use it make sure to wait for the BB. do you plan to include the slick theme to the useable themes? Would be awesome in my opinion and people may get bored by the default and Hypersimple themes from time to time. Yeah I saw the customized themes by tiltbuster, but they dont look as credible and stylish as the slick theme does.

So am I understanding correctly that if I run XP without this Aero I cant stack my tables because if I only have the call/fold option without the slider bar TN will not know that action is needed from me?

I just started using this yesterday with 3 tables just to test and have not noticed if this is the case.

We have not announced any plans to include theme support for for Slick or any other PokerStars themes at this time.



PokerStars will still popup the table requiring action as usual (Stars does this, not TN) so you definitely can still stack in XP if you wish and PokerStars will automatically pop up tables as needed. However, the "Cycle to first in line" table hotkey will not work on tables that are in your stack if the slider bar does not appear.
