For some reason, it only happened for about 5/6 minutes before normal service was resumed so it doesnt seem to be an ongoing problem. This is also the first time its happened.
Are you on XP or do you have desktop composition turned off? If so was there something obstructing your tables? Had any of your windows settings changed? Is it possible that Windows dropped you into a low performance theme temporarily?

TableNinja literally has no way to control where a table is opened, and furthermore, the only cases where it ever moves a table on when an STA hotkey is pressed so I honestly don't think its possible that TN could be causing your tables to open where they busted.
Can you verify that this doesn't happen with TN is off?
