Well the HUD on 6max sets itself on the same place as on fullring so it's bit off and sometimes covering name/chipstacks etc. And if I try to fix it it also changes on my fullring tables so everything just get fkd up. So I can't play both fullring and shorthanded at the same time with hud because if so on one of them the hud gets displaced.

I am running the 4.01.21 beta version.

Are you playing at iPoker? Their hands do not specify the timezone which the times are in so can't be adjusted accurately if they're not in the timezone we expect - the development team are planning to add a way to adjust this.


It should separate full ring and 6-max at PokerStars automatically.
Please restart PT4 and play a few hands at a single 6-max table. Open a support ticket on the PokerTracker website and attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) along with a screenshot of your table with stats and the hand history file for the session so that we can investigate.

In the filters for player position, the button is always 0, BB is 8 and SB is 9.

I play 9-max.

As Steven said, it's something they're going to look into.

Version 2; CO = 1 (it's one position away from BTN who is 0) and then it goes up as you go around the table counterclockwise. If you're at a smaller table you lose the position numbers between 8 and your last player. So it here are only 4 players it's 9, 8, 1, 0.

The number did not change, what changed was the text labels. In PT3 there was EP, MP, LP, Blinds. In PT4 there is BB, SB, EP, MP, CO, BTN. For 6 handed or less these pick out individual positions. 2 handed you have just BB and SB. 3 handed adds BTN, 4 handed adds CO, 5 handed adds MP, 6 handed adds EP.

Clicking get hands while playing, while play zoom poker crashes poker stars. Using the todays beta.

I have the same issue. Just updated to the new version of the beta released today, PokerStars crashes everytime I click "Get Hands While Playing."

Playing on Lock poker this morning and everything was fine, after updating to today's latest version hud not coming up, and getting importing hands errors -_- shouldn't have updated.

After installing the latest update, it asked to do a database update. Been waiting for 2 hours know and it's still working. Is it normal?

Also are these numbers correct for 6max? (regarding position when using filters)

Finally updated, but know Pokerstars crashes every time i click on 'Get hands while playing'.

Merge added new versions of the current 6-max Super-Turbo STTs (new blind/payout structures).

The HUD works and hands import fine, which is fantastic! But the tournament identification, winnings, etc are obviously not.

What do I need to do to get support added for these?

Please make sure that 'Get hands while playing' is running before you open your tables until we can resolve this. That is working fine for me, but I do see the problem when starting to import while tables are already open.

Lock is now on the "Revolution" (Cake) network so if you haven't already you will need to configure the import via Configure > Sites & Import Options > Revolution. There is a setup guide in the documentation on the PokerTracker website.

If you still can't get things working correctly please restart PT4 and reproduce the problem then open a support ticket on the PokerTracker website and attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) so that we can investigate.

Please compress a few example hand history files and attach them to a support ticket on the PokerTracker website and tell us exactly what type they are so that we can update the tournament detection rules.

Those having problems at PokerStars - if you are not playing Zoom please disable the Zoom option in Configure > Sites & Import Options > PokerStars Configuration and that should prevent the issue.

I've been having a play around with the myreports tab and want to create a report on players in my DB with more than 20000 hands, is there a way to do this ? I cant see a relevant filter.

It's completely accurate - they specify exactly how much rake is taken out of the pot and we import that value. There are several different kinds of rake counting methods though and if you want a specific number for rakeback type calculations you may want to use a different rake statistic - take a look at the statistics in the Configure Statistics window. You can narrow the list by searching for Rake and you can see detailed descriptions on each stat so that you can find the exact one you are looking for.

Create a new Filter Expression in the blue Filters link, and click the Insert button - insert the stat Hands and then edit it so that you get #Hands# > 20000. Save it and you'll see your report update as you want. (NB: you want this to be an All Players report!)

For anybody else having this issue: setting a database to Active should trigger the update if it didn't happen when PT4 started up.

We're working on it and expect a beta with a fix out later today.

Updated to 1.22 and the HUD on merge no longer works for me.

How do I get a hold of the latest update? I managed to crash the installation after being prompt to update and I chose to run and not save the installationfile. Can't find it anywhere.
