Yes, Build 3 is very old and you really should update.
When you update it will update your databases and you shouldn't need to do anything.
Since you're updating from such an old version it is possible you may have problems so make sure you have the hand history files just in case - either the originals (which are probably in the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder) or by doing an
export before you update.
