There isn't a 3.06.3 - I guess you mean 3.06.2? Send us the hand history first and we'll see if there is a problem with them - I don't see anything that should help this in the 3.07.1 beta version.

Full Tilt no longer write hand histories for observed tables/hands so there is nothing for PT3 to import. Full Tilt changed this deliberately to prevent data-mining so PT3 will not work around it.
